I was at the location in Fresno, CA: same experience as others had expressed. Had to wait close to 2 hours to see a doctor for 3 minutes and I was rushed out the door because they had to go to lunch. Shady practices and doubtful that any of these "doctors" are legitimate.

If I could give it a 0 stars I would. Horrible hospitality. Zero expertise. The doctor could give a fuck less except for getting patients in and out. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend a different "specialist". Absolutely fucking pathetic. From the PA to the "doctors". Horrible.

Absolutely deplorable behavior from staff. Shady business practices especially from Flor the office manager, and also Elder. You will be lied to and given the run a round saying it's not their problem. You know when they cut corners in the office, it trickles down to the ORs and patient care. I would not trust them, nor this facility that decides to employ such people.

You will be lied to and given the run a round saying it's not their problem and pass you off to someone else in the office, until they just straight up stop answering your phone calls and send you to voicemail. You know when they cut corners in the office, it trickles down to the ORs and patient care. I would not trust the office nor the facility itself who thinks this is a way to run a business.

I was confused on finding unit 201 dynamic physical therapy and the bearded younger gentleman greeted me and directed me to the right place. He was very helpful and nice.

This is one of the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. The staff lie and say YOU cancelled when you made an appt for after 2:00 the next day and they cancel YOU and schedule you at 7:40AM. I had taken off work. My son had taken off work to drive me as I was to be sedated. The staff is nasty and impatient and should be fired. I would never in my life treat one of my patients this way. There is absolutely no excuse for them not apologizing and being helpful. It was THEIR fault. Instead they are rude and accusatory and then tell your attorney that YOU canceled. It's BS and they know it. I am a therapist and will be telling every single doctor, patient and therapist and person I know and work with to NEVER go to this place. They do not value you as a person at all. You mean $ to them and that's it. Shameful. Edit:and no I will not remove this just because you demanded from my attorney that I do.

Rude incompetent front desk staff that love to waste people's time. Waited over 2 hours for my appointment just to be told that she forget I was waiting. If you want to waste your time than come here. If less than 1 star was a possible rating I would give them that.
