I worked with Dr. Nina Vyas for an egg freezing cycle and I had an amazing experience and outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Vyas and this clinic for any fertility concerns. Dr. Vyas was extremely warm, knowledgeable and efficient. During my initial consultation, she explained how many eggs I could expect to retrieve, what that number might mean for possible live births, egg freezing vs embryo freezing, and what to expect during the entire process. Dr. Vyas was also able to tailor my cycle around a hectic personal schedule. During each check in appointment, I saw Dr. Vyas and she would answer any questions that came up along the way. The retrieval itself went very smoothly and the anesthesiologist Dr. Anton checked in with me the day before and day of, and going under was very smooth. I worked with Izzy as my care coordinator and she was also amazing and made me feel so supported and taken care of! She would call / message me with day of bloodwork results and any updates to my medications. The clinic feels very modern and clean! It was easy to schedule appointments or to just come in for bloodwork. Everyone from front desk to billing was pretty responsive and easy to get a hold of. Parking can be difficult so allot extra time for that.

Such a good experience. Everything when perfect. Staff were lovely.

My review is on California Fertility Partners, now Pinnacle Fertility Los Angeles. I have been blessed to have had two surrogacy journeys with the Fertility Clinic and was seen by three incredible physicians: Dr. Chung, Dr.Baek (retired), and Dr.Ringler. Each physician is wonderful in their own way but to the core have share the highest standard of care and passion for their field and their patients. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome, always greeted with a smile by the front desk and a friendly “Hello”. Their lab was wonderful; each and every blood draw I experienced was smooth and easy. When the nurses took me to the room, I felt safe. Every step was clearly and confidently laid out, yet there was an openness; I never feared asking too many questions, because my questions were always responded to with kindness and ease, even the hard ones. The rooms are nice and clean. My First journey was seamless. My IPs had 1 embryo, and with their 1 embryo and the incredible Dr. Chung at CFP, we were able to bring their sweet baby boy into the world in September 2023. It’s easy to see the glow when everything is in full bloom. It is much harder to find that same light when nearly identical measures are being taken, and the outcome is so very different. For my Second Journey, I experienced care under both Dr. Baek and Dr. Ringler. One transfer with each Dr. As my second journey came to a close, there was a specific moment when my heart sank. My IPs and I found out that there was no heartbeat. The moment was earth-shattering. I felt so small in such a big moment. However, the way Dr.Ringler handled that moment spoke volumes to me from the tone of his voice, to his facial expression, it was exactly what I needed in that moment. As a patient and as a person, sometimes we wonder if we are seen or heard, and as a patient of Dr.Ringler’s, I can tell you that you will be. After seeing Dr. Ringler, I met with Joe to discuss the next steps. I did not feel pressured or rushed. Joe shared a depth of empathy, honesty, and clear communication. He actively listened, but also gave me the time to absorb what was being said. Planning for my D & C was done in a timely manner. Every step of pre-operative instruction was given to me verbally via phone and visually through the portal. I was able to ask questions, and clarification was provided immediately. Thank you, Carmen. I was so thankful that Dr. Ringler was willing to perform the D&C at Pinnacle Fertility. I was appreciative that I wasn’t pushed off to an OBGYN I didn’t know, even though it might have been in network. The OR Team was Amazing! Each one of the individuals, a gem. Maddie was actively present for my pre-operative care. She answered all my questionsand made the paperwork easy. Isabella took care of me during the surgery. She was kind and introduced herself prior to the procedure. She brought an ease that lightened the moment. Dr.Antin, the anesthesiologist, embodied calm, and her attention to detail was top-notch. Stephanie took care of me after the procedure. Her communication was exceptional, and her patient care radiated compassion and emotional sensitivity. Patty was present in the OR and was my hero for reaching out to Dr.Ringler after the procedure. We had a 5+ hour drive home, and Patty made sure I was able to get back on the road on time. The OR team clearly and effectively cared for me as a whole person: mind, body, spirit. A dream team. Lastly, the postoperative monitoring was as promised, and the follows up were done in a timely manner via phone and text. When I texted, I got a prompt reply Thank you, CFP/Pinnacle Fertility. If you are pursuing fertility treatment, here is my unwavering support for the former California Fertility Partners, now Pinnacle Fertility Los Angeles. If you want to be safe, seen, heard, and cared for, I recommend Dr. Ringler, Dr. Baek (now retired), and Dr. Chung. All of these Dr.’s are of impeccable measure, along with their clinical team and staff.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Vyas and her entire team. After navigating a very challenging fertility journey, we would not be where we are today without her expertise, compassion, and unwavering support. Dr. Vyas is not only incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but also genuinely kind and reassuring. She took the time to explain every step, answered all of our questions with patience, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and hopeful. I always felt like I was in the best hands and that I was working with a close friend. I recommend Dr. Vyas to all of my friends who are dealing with infertility. I also want to give a special shoutout to her amazing nurse, Maritza, who was truly a lifeline throughout this experience. She was responsive, supportive, and so caring—always making sure I felt informed and comforted. Yadira, our wonderful ultrasound tech, was great throughout my entire process at CFP. She always remembered details about me and my case, and was a great conversation every time. Finally, Cat, our navigator, was absolutely wonderful. She helped guide us through every detail, kept things organized, and made sure we never felt lost in the process (and always answered my endless questions!). Her kindness and encouragement meant more than she probably knows. We are forever grateful to this incredible team for making our dream of becoming parents a reality.

My review for Dr.Baek stands. She made me cry many times cause she's not warm and fuzzy but I had a child and it's largely because of her and ALSO because I followed my gut and didn't listen to her about getting a risky surgery that my OBGYN deemed unnecessary. In this process you have to trust your gut. This practice CFP got purchased by a private equity firm and is now Pinnacle Fertility. I don't trust PE so we no longer store our embryos with them.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Chung and Monica. From the start, the staff was welcoming, wait times were short, and I truly felt seen and taken care of at every step. Dr. Chung and the entire team were accessible and responsive, which made a stressful process feel manageable and supportive. After hearing so many horror stories from friends at other clinics, our experience could not have been more different.

My husband and I worked with Dr Chung and team from early ‘23 to spring ‘25, after moving from LARC Encino. She is thorough and cares, this facility is great having everything in-house from blood draws to egg retrievals/embryo transfer. We are mid40s mixed race couple who faced challenges such as past reproductive surgery, fibroids etc- after 1st consultation we felt like we were in good care to proceed fwd. Dr Chung along with our nurse coordinator Monica helped guide us w/ best practices, scheduling, and ton of hope and steps to achieve growing our family! We are happy to say we have our one month old bundle of joy thriving and healthy through my embryo transfer. And we look fwd to having the team who helped us on this journey meet him. Not to mention the front desk team were sweet and supportive too!

I worked with Dr. Bendikson and she is amazing! At the beginning of this process I was a bit nervous, but she explained everything in depth and it quickly put me at ease. You can tell she's very experienced And that also gave me a lot of confidence working with her. She was always friendly, attentive and welcoming. During my cycle, she was in touch with me and always quickly got back to me if I had any questions. She took great care of me and you can tell she really cares about her clients. I am so happy I did my retrieval with her. 12/10 recommend!

The entire crew at the clinic is amazing and they helped me through the process with such ease! Dr Chung guided me through the entire process and had a very good outcome with the egg freezing process. Definitely recommend the clinic as everyone from the front desk, people who do blood tests, nurses, financial coordinators and the navigators (special thanks to Izzy) were fantastic people 😊

Dr. Chung and her team are amazing! Dr. Chung explains everything clearly, has a wonderful bedside manner and is extremely supportive throughout the process. The patient navigators are excellent as well. Highly recommend!
