The day of my surgery.yes,I was nervous overall but I would say the staff did their job to make me feel comfortable. The nurse whom I do not recall her name.i like her customer service and making me feel comfortable while checking in on me.thank you to everyone whom assisted me while on the clock. 5 hrs in the ER…. I was waiting for my results so it took this long. When ER doctor came to tell me everything was good that I was going to be discharge. I waited more than 1 hr to get my paperwork, which I had to go ask what time I was going to leave. Everyone it just standing around looking clueless. Worst experience don’t go here for any emergency.

Terrible, my wife was treated here and said that the bathrooms are disgusting, the nurses did not take her seriously, she came yesterday for vaginal bleeding, she is pregnant and in the end the doctor did not want to take care of her completely and sent her to a gynecologist, They treat you horrible, they do not take you seriously, said my wife, we spent 8 hours so that in the end the doctor did not want to treat her correctly, the truth is if they are not having a good day, they do not have to take it out on the patients.There is a picture of the toilet whit blood.

They sat a woman next to me whom had covid 19 like it was nothing the staff did not care at all about me nor the other patients that was in the waiting area I've already contacted lawyers Because something has to be done

I would definitely give the hospital a 5 star rating had it not been for the elderly phlebotomist who insulted me by saying he could smell alcohol on my breath when I checked in on 11/24/21. I don't care if he has been doing his job 35 years, perhaps 5 should learn to read a lab report before he opens his unfiltered mouth insulting a patient. By the way, the rest of the staff and Doctors were very kind, professional and listened well Thanks Gemma 😊 👍

It didn’t work for me, some nurses are rude for a moment I felt discriminated by one of them specifically. I came with a lot of pain at this hospital and I left with more pain. it was just a waste of time. It took 5 hours for the nurse to ask me how do I feel ? And to take some medicine that I really could find in the pharmacy. 2 hours more to wait for my results.I’m just giving 2 starts bc that day the doctor as soon as he arrive he was checking on all the patients including me and checking on them every 15 minutes. If I recommend this place maybe yes. But have in mind that you are going to wait a lot no matter you’re pain or you’re condition is and to be treated with a bad attitude, like I said not all of them.

I have been coming to this hospital several times either my daughter or son are ill or need a prescription refill and This hospital has been a primary care for both my children. I would like to day thank you for the care and professionalism and for making a child feel comfortable and safe.My daughter was hospitalized and i wanted to say thank you for keeping her safe and making her feel important she has lots of good memories of how she was treated and i myself wanted to wish the Dignity Health Thank you and Happy Holidays :)Luis Hernandez
