Expect over an hour wait just to see a PA. This place doesn’t seem to schedule patients efficiently and disregards peoples’s valuable time. I guess it’s a numbers game to them and they want to squeeze as many people in as much as possible. Poor business practices!!!

This team was excellent. the x ray tech and front desk girls were helpful. Gary the PA casted my mother and she ended up not needing surgery. Dr Chen is busy but one of the best in the world with hands/wrists

There was a bit of a wait but overall my experience with Dr Chen and PA Gary as fantastic.

Dr. Gary did a good job listening & answering my questions/concerns, as well as checking out my x-rays to help pinpoint the main issue that needed to be corrected. He was very nice & respectful towards me. The wait time was a little long, however typical since surgery wait times generally takes longer to get at hospitals.

Dr. Gary did a really good job with listening to my pain issues & was able pinpoint the main issue that needed to be addressed after looking over my X-rays. He talked respectfully to me & seemed like a really good doctor to work with. The office experience took some patience since it being a microsurgery place, however I expected that to be typical taken the wait times for surgery in general can take much longer at hospitals. Definitely a place to go to for good quality healthcare service!

The worst place. Nobody cares about anything, they make you wait more than 4 hours for your appointment. The person at the front desk is always in a bad mood. It's a shitty place.

Gary was the best and helped when in pain. The front desk, and X Ray tech all so nice. I left with my apt in hand . My English is bad and still understood everything. Therapy is key

Gary the PA was the best he was so helpful and even was able to help me in my cast. They have great therapists that I learned so much from.
