I decided to make my first appointment at Carbon because I moved to a new area and I thought it would be interesting to receive my medical care at an Urgent Care facility that also handled Primary Care. I had the same doctor for about 30 years and decided that it was time to change things up. The way I see Carbon is that they are at the intersection of technology and healthcare. They have an app and a website that you can use to book your appointments and track your healthcare. They appear to have harnessed the power of technology to streamline your relationship with your healthcare provider. I know it probably sounds like I've been bought off or taken with them hook line and sinker, but it's not true. Once you leave your first appointment, you'll see what I'm talking about and if you read my other reviews, you'll see that I'm an honest reviewer that simply wants people to see and experience the best that life has to offer, including all manner of things like travel, restaurant reviews, etc. A quick shout out to my new PA, Brett Garvey and team. They are professional, thorough and you are left feeling like you're being well taken care of. You all are amazing and I'm so glad that I chose to take my medical journey with you! See you next time!

I had a cat bite from 25 hrs ago that was getting red and inflamed and since I have been through this before I went to Carbon urgent care because it was next to somewhere I had to go. I arrived early but I was taken in right away and treated very nicely by the medical assistant. Then the PA Lindsay Goldman came in to see me and she was very knowledgeable, kind and caring. We discussed my injury and we agreed on follow up in 2 days unless the inflammation got worse. She prescribed me antibiotics which I just picked up and started. It was a very friendly and compassionate experience.

The staff at Carbon Health are professional, courteous (warm, actually) and very thorough. They took time with me, answered questions. I got an appointment easily and my test results quickly. The facility also feels very clean. I’ve begun twice - several months apart - and had the same experience both times.

Everyone was so nice and polite. They all were very understanding of my discomfort during my visit and managed to get me to smile after 4 days of being unable to do so because of my pain. From the front of house to the doctors - definitely an all star team.It was a quick visit with barely any wait time, the facility was so clean & cute - not your regular doctors office. Thanks guys !!
