To Dental , not fun zone .We were there last Sunday morning for 2 appts for my 2 kids.waited for almost an hour and then to be called and refused to be seen because our insurance meet the " spend down ".Mind you l only was informed on that day and time.next time please check and informed patient ahead of time before we go to your office.so patients won't be wasting time to go to your office.the front desk person just even gave me an amount written in a post it. No print out of the explanation of eligilbilty or something.Just saying for future fellow patients parents check first so you would avoid this.

The orthodontist staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and always have a movie for the kids.

We always have an excellent experience here at Children's Dental Funzone. Our appointment time is always honored and we are in and out. Our child is always very happy with the coloring options and surprise after the visit. Tooth care specialists and hygienist communicative and explains very kindly. Particularly each dentist assigned easily explains all questions we have about tooth and growth and what to explain. Grateful for the team and their professionalism.

They staff is always friendly, called that same morning got an appointment and got the care I needed. I was in and out within an hour. My son had a tooth extraction. The quality of care is always superb.

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. My daughter came in for her scheduled orthodontic appointment and was in pain due to her braces. We were initially told she would not be seen because of a missed payment from February, even though our account is set up on automatic payments. I resolved the payment the same day, but even after that, we were still made to wait about an hour while the doctor went to lunch instead of addressing a child who was in discomfort. What was most concerning was the behavior of the office manager, Araceli. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and lacked compassion. There was no effort to help, explain, or show understanding--just a very cold and unprofessional approach. I do want to acknowledge that the doctor and the rest of the staff were kind and professional, which made the situation even more frustrating because the overall patient experience is clearly being impacted by management. Based on this experience, the office should seriously consider stronger leadership in that role. I understand offices have policies, but denying or delaying care for a child in pain, and treating patients this way, is unacceptable. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle situations like this in the future.

Hi, took Tylan to the dentist on Monday and it was nice to see them do there job on his mouth. He has braces so they fix what was broken didn't last all day good job

we had coming here so many years, but we just had our appointment this week , it was too crowed and the waiting time was too long. not I lost half of my day there.

They made us wait over 55 minutes to be seen by the dentist. We had an appointment, it's not like we were a walk in. Every time there is a long wait. Very unprofessional.

We were referred to Children's Dental FunZone by a dentist who couldn't fill my son's multiple cavities because he was freaking out. At FunZone, they were able to sedate him and he fell in love with the place. It's colorful! There are prizes! There are special chairs for X-rays. There are tons of chairs. It's a full service facility. They also have orthodontists on staff. All the staff we've spoken to and interacted with has been great. I highly recommend Children's Dental FunZone. My daughter went for the first time today and her only qualm was that she couldn't hear the movie well enough. Yes, they play movies while your teeth are cleaned so you're never bored. My daughter also loved the fish tank and seeing it being cleaned!

We have always been so happy with the care and the results we get from Children's Dental Fun Zone. Everyone is lovely, the visit is thorough and typically on time. I'll be so sad when my son is too old to go there!
