Es el lugar especial en el que mis hijos an sido atendidos por especialistas muy Buenos y que me brindan la confuanza y apoyo en la Salud de mis hijos son muy Buenos doctor's y todo el personal es muy pasiente y amable ...el mejor para los ninos ..

Hoy 14 de Diciembre mi hijo tenia cita a las 10 de la mañana en oncologia y nos atendieron 2 horas despues, que porque no tenian cuartos, no se para que manejan citas, si no van a respetar el tiempo.

My daughter is afflicted with a rare genetic disease. She was initially treated at Harbor UCLA but her condition was not addressed properly, specially as she was getting ready to be discharged.I decided to reach out to Dr. Santoro and he took over the care of my child. My daughter has made significant progress and it’s back to being a regular teenager. The customer service and level of care for my child is excellent. The level of attention received is amazing.Dealing with a really Ill child is a parents worst nightmare. But knowing they are getting the proper care and it’s not about the doctor’s making money, it’s a great relief. I have seen my kid’s progress and I truly believe they are miracle workers at this place.The only downside is that we live in Long Beach and the drive can be a pain because the traffic to downtown can be heavy. But that’s a small price to pay for my kid’s health.

Este hospital es horrible mis bebes Los traje de emergencias porque estan emfermos y espere 3 horas fui a preguntar y me dicen que tengo que esperar 4 horas mas es horrible no se preocupan por la Salud 😢

I don't even think I can write this review without crying, but CHLA saved my son's life. I had a knot in my umbilical cord and my son was born with no oxygen going to his brain, got very sick, and almost did not make it. CHLA rushed in their helicopter all the way to the hospital to where he was born and urgently did everything in their power to save his life while both on the helicopter and in the NICU. My son came home with only being in the NICU for 2 weeks. It was a miracle. With what my son had gone through, babies usually are in the NICU for MONTHS if lucky. CHLA is incredible with communication, updates, they are extremely organized, are on top of everything , and have prestigious medical care. Me and my family were VERY IMPRESSED with this hospital. We have never experienced anything like it. They truly do care and it is one of the best hospitals in the world for children for a reason. They will truly take the time to help your child and comfort your anxiety. They even have meetings held with the WHOLE MEDICAL TEAM in where they sit down with you explain step by step what procedures will be done, what his treatment plan is, and for you to address any concerns you have or ask any questions. You will NEVER be left in the dark here. THANK YOU CHLA WE LOVE YOU

I’m currently at this hospital now been here since 11pm 11/28/21 it’s now 530 am 11/29/21im just now seeing a doctor. Ummm I would highly recommend you to not bring your children to this hospital these people are clearly overwhelmed an don’t have enough staff to keep up with everyone.some of them are here to only collect a check an that’s how they act.

A mis hijas siempre las han atendido bien aquí en el hospital de niños, muchas gracias por salvar a mi bebé, por ayudarnos, por atender bien a mis dos hijas, con nada les pago su atención para con nosotras, eso no sé paga con nada.

Our experience has been nothing but wonderful. Everyone we meet is so kind and warm. You genuinely feel like every single staff member loves children which is great to see. Our doctor, Doctor Ko in the urology department helped us with our baby and she was the sweetest, most delightful doctor we’ve ever dealt with. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of our baby. She’s amazing. Thank you Doctor Ko and everyone else at CHLA. I wish all of you many blessings.

Awful parking

This hospital is horrible and needs a big improvement. Word of advice stay away !!! That stupid protocol to only let one parent in at a time it’s completely pointless whats the difference if we will be in the waiting room filled with many people. A child needs both parents to go in specially being ill no difference. Doctors are great, but nurses on the other hand are very rude and unprofessional. It’s a complete mess Overwhelmed with patients. Very disorganized ! Best believe you’ll be in there waiting for hours even if a child has the worst case!
