I can't say ANYTHING negative about this place. I'm a white woman who needed lots of help with everything and Chinatown was there for me at my lowest. Leo, Alvin, Jordyn in BH and the Dental Department have exceeded my expectations with the kindness and care they extend to myself...and I know for sure other patients. I will forever be grateful for finding this gem of a place. It's difficult to find good care and this is exceptional.

I am extremely satisfied with the care I received from this PA. He is very personable, attentive, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, was very knowledgeable, and made me feel heard and cared for throughout the entire visit. Providers like him truly make a difference, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care he provided.

This was a terrible experience. The office opens at 8:00 AM, and my appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM; however, I waited there until 8:45 AM, and the dentist still hadn't arrived for work. I had planned to head to my own job immediately after the appointment, but because of the delay, I ran out of time. If I had been the second patient in line—and the delay was caused by the patient ahead of me running over their time—I wouldn't have minded waiting a bit longer, even if it meant sacrificing some of my break time; I would have understood that. But for the dentist not to show up for work between 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM? That is truly disappointing. I will not be returning to your dental clinic; I won't even bother finishing the cleaning I started. Nor will I recommend your practice to anyone else.

The ability to connect with the professionals here through a Zoom call is very helpful. It allows you to see a doctor without missing work. That is priceless.

CSS has been a gem when it comes to treating my little one. They provided an avenue of hope in realm of mental health support. Navigating tests, assessments, and services can be difficult, especially when you don’t know where to begin. I’m grateful to have had the support of the whole team at CSS. Especially Jordyn Royer in Psychiatry and Diana Chou in ASD.
