Cienega Med Spa's Online Review Report Card

As a former model and all around active person, I could really feel the shifts that naturally occur as I entered my 50's several years ago so I started getting IV drips and vitamin shots on a regular basis and noticed what a difference it makes in my skin, my energy, and overall mood. I was going to another place until I recently discovered Cienega Med Spa. It's closer to my house and I was delighted to discover they actually offer package rates for their vitamin shots---woohoo!! In today's economy, that was music to my ears as there are just some things I'm not willing to give up. Well, it gets even better. Turns out that my go-to person is such a pleasure to see when I come in for my weekly shot. He has this amazing technique for administering injections so I barely feel it. I appreciate that so much because I've always feared needles so he really helps me to feel calm and relaxed. Guys, lemme tell you, when you hit my age, the kinds of things in life that matter are the people you interact with on a regular basis. Alejandro is not only professional and great at what he does; he is a genuine sweet person and has a great attitude. I feel so grateful to have these visits as a part of my regular routine. Makes a world of difference where you go and I'm so happy I found this place! Oh! And you know what else?? Free parking garage right below. Also, the waiting area is part of the experience too. You can lay back in a lounge chair anti-gravity "pod" and just zone out. These people thought of everything. Enjoy!

Love this place! Great aesthetic! Fantastic service. I was feeling very low energy and someone had mentioned getting a B12 vitamin shot. So I made an appointment with Alejandro and it was so worth it. I did the Be Happy vitamin shot with B12 and Vitamin D and CoQ10. Highly recommend! I came home and started cleaning and smiling for no reason. This is exactly what I needed to feel good again. Thanks Alejandro! You're the best.

I've been here several times and the service is impeccable. From the time you are greeted at the front desk to the moment you leave, it always feels like you're around people who truly care. They are always on time with appointments, so if you need to quick turnaround at lunchtime, this is the place to go. The staff is super friendly - Sam at the front desk is very positive, and you'll find that attitude throughout the spa. Nobody hard sells you on products to buy, though there are some for sale. And most importantly, they are professional with a very knowledgeable staff. I live in the Valley but make the trek to weho because this spot is much better than my local medspa. I also want to note that the ability to make online appointments is a huge plus. It's so simple. The only feedback I have is that they should add the ability to book multiple procedures at once. You can book back-to-back reservations, but that's a little bit of a guessing game if you're not sure how long the first procedure will last. Overall, would strongly recommend this clean and professional medspa!

Recharge, revitalize, refocused is what you will feel when leaving this medspa. My service was done by Sydney, such a sweet girl.
