Great experience. Came in for a cortisone shot on a stubborn cystic pimple and keloid on my upper back. Victoria greeted and checked me in. Katt provided my shots. Both were friendly and helpful. They also saw me before my appointment time as I arrived early. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend laser hair removal at La Cienga medspa! Danielle and Victoria are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Free parking is also a huge plus!

Yasmin was so helpful with a cortisone shot in a massive pimple I had on the bridge of my nose. Within 24 hrs, it reduced the swelling by 75% and is barely noticeable now. I appreciate that they are careful to not inject too much as there is risks of divot and that the website allows easy booking and pricing transparency. Would return!

Place is dirty, front desk is terrible customer service. Place use to be great, must be new management or owners. Literally got brought to wait in a stinky hot room, then the lady slides a big box out of the room. After terrible customer service. Then I wait for 15 mins and they don’t tell me that someone is going to call me to clear me for a shot?? Sketchy. All my paper work has been filled out and on file. If this a new protocol the front desk receptionist should have told me. Place feels super dirty. Allison is great but she should go work somewhere else.

Place is going down hill, customer service at the front is terrible. Today they put me in a hot stinky room and made me wait 15 mins, then they say I need to be medically cleared. When I've filled out all my paper work. Come all the time. Didn't tell me I need to talk to someone before getting a shot?? Asked for allison on phone tell me she available, I get here and she's not available. Place feels dirty now. The front desk girl puts me in a room and then drags a big box out of the room. lol not sure if there's new managers or what but I wouldn't recommend this place anymore.

Love Cienga Medspa! I've had laser hair removal for my legs and armpits. Zero pain and amazing results. It's super clean and everyone is super professional and friendly. Shoutout to Savannah, especially, for all your help.

I've been going here for years. I love their services and the exceptional customer service. They always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I especially appreciate the cortisone shots for acne breakouts. It disappears within 24 hours like magic. Perfect for anyone with a skin emergency who needs a blemish to go away ASAP.
