Muy amables cuando si hay sus excepciones en algunas personas pero la mayoría muy bien atienden rápido

It was great! Being there in November 2021 at the emergency room, very kind nurses, and doctors, they pay close attention to my health concerns.What I love the most was the co-payment, definitely it was good news when I was feeling sick.

I took my boyfriend yesterday to the E.R. With a lot of pain 😫 they say he has kidney stones but the problem was that they didn’t gave him anything for his pain. He went home almost crying with so much pain!! Wow at least some Motrin. Bad bad bad!!

Dreadful hospital The doctor that treated me was quite unpleasant and unprofessional, yet I waited 5 hours in the emergency room for inadequate treatment and will never return.

It’s the worst hospital ever my grandma was transferred here to be treated but instead they didn’t help her at all she didn’t get any medication until I arrived and the man nurses are so rude I like how Jennifer was able to help me out but the other ones are Terri don’t understand if they can’t be friendly why choose that career but I’m not staying like this cuz is ridiculous how she needs all the care and nobody was there to help her I wasn’t even able to stay with her and help her since they can’t even do that they should be shut down…

Disappointed this hospital is in east la an they have no spanish speaking nurses or doctors ,my mother was trying to get help from this location and they weren't helpful at all they had an iPad translater she couldn't get the help or information she needed. They also discharged my brother and he still isn't  well at all. Patients should be discharged when they are able to walk on there own and be at least 80% good but this hospital isn't like that all they don't care about their patients. You could be dying and they'll discharge you. This hospital is one of the worse hospitals I have ever been to.

So I'm here because I will be giving birth And obviously I don't want to give birth alone I called the ER department and they did not care the guy who answered could give 2 rats about it my husband has to get Covid tested and who knows how long that's going to take It's very upsetting because I let them know and what if I have to go into surgery and my husband is still waiting ? He's been waiting for 2 hours what kind of s*** is that

ZERO STARS!! Too bad Yelp makes you give 1. By far the WORST hospital EVER! Please please please DO NOT send your loved ones here. My reviews are based on 2 different facilities, one being the hospital setting on its own (ICU & med surge) & they also have a subacute facility inside the hospital near ICU. In regards to subacute. The director Cynthia is rude, unprofessional, not compassionate, not supportive, doesn't communicate well, or caring (I could keep going). She made comments in regards to my loved one several times to my face which have been so hurtful and as a director I am appalled with the way she treats family of patients. She doesn't even know what's going on in her own facility so I recommend she begins to be more present and aware. The "social worker" Lucio is a total JOKE. Not helpful, points fingers, doesn't care to help you, doesn't know how to speak to people, just a total joke. He himself has admitted to not even having a degree so clearly they hire anyone there. The facility only allows you to visit your loved one 1x a week for 1 hour total IF THAT. They basically supervise your visit which is ridiculous. If only they paid that attention to their own employees and their work. They do not reposition your loved ones so good luck with their bed sores because this place doesn't give any care. Their "wound care nurse" Mohammad doesn't know what he's doing. Dr Demirozu is also another uncompassionate person. He won't give you updates on your loved one & just does his job to say he got it done.  No one here wants to give you updates on your loved one. They treat them like property. Because let's be real at the end of the day it's just a job and your loved one is just $$ to these places. The director Cynthia doesn't provide any support on discharge since that means less $ for the facility. She wants them to stay until hospice meaning until they're dying. She's ridiculous. The only ups I will give to the subacute is RN Bernie & RN Laurie for being sympathetic and compassionate. Other than that, this place needs to be shut down. Believe me when I say there's better options. Now for the hospital side, ICU and med surge. They simply don't care. They won't bathe, clean, or do anything sanitizing for your loved ones hygiene. They are COMPLETELY understaffed. The place is filthy, the nurses don't give a single care in the world. I've seen tubing/hoses on my loved one with residue that I have no idea how long it was there for & when I asked them to change it out they asked if it was "necessary". They too will hide bed sores from you! They don't do proper wound care or repositioning. I have nothing good to say about them. The nurses are rude, don't communicate well, and do the bare minimum. Please take my review serious as my loved one spent 3 months here, I've seen my fair share of things and none of them are good. Everyone there points fingers at one another there. No one wants to take responsibility or help. DO NOT GO HERE OR DARE TO SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. Believe me there's so many other options!

This is a terrible hospital. The worst I have ever visited. More like a clinic, than a hospital. Staff and nurse's are rude and dismissive. The doctor's are equally terrible. I would not recommend this hospital to treat my dog. Much less a human. Try Beverly, head and shoulders above this joke of a hospital.
