Elite Facials's Online Review Report Card

First the business is not really a business. I don’t think it’s a little room in the back of a hair salon. Second, the parking is absolutely horrible. And third it says 50 minutes. It was barely 30 minutes, I guess I should’ve said something, but what am I gonna say? Deal is too good to be true what she did I liked, but it seemed all way too quick whenever I’ve had this done before. It was a good 45 minutes to an hour. I would find someplace else if you want a really good Hydro facial

My wife had an amazing experience at elite facials , thanks to Odetta! She was incredibly nice and made her feel so comfortable throughout her visit. Her professionalism was outstanding, and she ensured that she was well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend Odetta for anyone looking for a fantastic experience and a great facial !

Amazing Facial I got the special and it was incredible so was my aesthetician I fully recommend them they explain everything they don't try to sell you everything they just do a really good job

Elite is fine if the main goal is to get a facial in a clean, relaxing environment with knowledgeable estheticians. But, buyer beware, the owners/administrative staff engage in hard sell tactics to upgrade your initial facial, or teaser “special price” facial. Granted, skin needs time to improve, but there are many other skincare salons that provide excellent monthly package services at much more reasonable prices. One of the major hooks they use is to include their products “for free” with upgraded facial packages. How much value do they put in their own products when giving them out like candy? Also, you must have the services/products they talk you into specified in writing. Somehow there was a “communication problem” when I was shortchanged. They are so agreeable and you feel so good after a treatment that it’s very tempting to agree to their third or fourth version of a “new, improved” deal. I thought that they were on my side and trusted them to be honest. They say a sucker is born every day. I was one, but don’t you be one too. I would never recommend Elite Salon to anyone.

Very pleasant environment! I've been coming for over a year for facials. I have rosacea and the care and treatments have improved my condition in a positive way. Odeta has given me a smile again.

Since Ive been coming to this place Ive had the best facials done by Odeta, she has an amazing presence and you're able to relax and enjoy the high end professional facial and it's so worth it! My favorite so far and Ive gone to so many places.

Been coming to Elite Facials for some time now. Odeta is the one that takes care of my skin. She’s wonderful, experienced, and has all the knowledge you need for your skin/ face to improve. I recommend you get the package deals and invest in your skin! 2025 let’s gooooo!!!!! Best investment is yourself. Thank you Odeta. I only trust her with my skin :) Oh and the place is the cutest. Totally my vibe.

The spa is private, in a quiet corner and the energy is calming. I had the most amazing facial with Odeta. She was so kind and knowledgeable. I chose the hydro dermabrasion facial which was such a treat for my skin and it included a handful of other treatments. I was absolutely pleased from start to finish. I was offered a package at the end of my appointment, but not in a pushy way. It's actually a good deal and will keep you on schedule to beautiful healthy skin. After my appointment I went to the mall where I had many people tell me how beautiful my skin was. Odeta left me glowing!!! I will absolutely make it part of my selfcare regimen because I deserve it and so does my skin.

I had a great facial at Elite's. Highly recommend them.
