Been going here since I was 3 years old, I'm now 30. I refuse to see anyone else. Always makes sure I have the best contact options and easy to get an appointment. Love this place.

Uh it's a NO for me on this doctor. He diagnosed me with Strabismus last summer. Long story short, I went to another Optometrist AND an Ophthalmologist who told me that I don't have it. I paid for Prism in my glasses with Eric Gaylord and didn't even need it. I was so stressed and paranoid about it after the diagnosis. No one's eyes are completely straight. There is always one eye that is off center but. God made it that way but I didn't know that before.What I conclude is that I was simply manipulated out of money by this office (Gaylord and his team) I have an appointment to go get a refund. I appreciate that they owned up to their dealing. Please note that I used my own glasses and they were sent off to have the prescription lenses put in them. I didn't know that the lens in the glasses were not my original lenses when I picked them up. I though the prescriptions were put in my own lenses. They don't have the original lenses that was in my glasses (or so they say) and I was never given the original back so I'm getting my property back NOT in the same way it was given to them....It is ridiculous but since I don't use those glasses and haven't since shortly after receiving them then I won't stress about it too much...

I've been going here since I was a little kid and continued as an adult going. It is family ran and staff all seem super nice and sweet!

Been going here for over 20 years. I have never had a problem. Every assistant has been nice, respectful and helpful. And Dr. Eric Gaylord is great just like his dad, Raymond Gaylord was, RIP.

I was really worried about wearing glasses for the first time I wanted a sophisticated look and I didn't want to fee old. The staff was really helpful and patient at helping choose the right frame.

Dr. Gaylord is a great OD, but I have a bone to pick about there office reception phone. It is always difficult to book an appointment. I always can never get a live person on the phone and when I leave a message, no one returns my call. This has happened several times and I had to write about it. Get better at your phone service or I will going to another eye doctor with better customer service. Return the your customer calls.Thanks,Valerie Morris

I really believe Dr. Gaylord saved me from going blind. I went to Kaiser er 5x they couldn't help at all. Both my eyes were swollen red and had formed some type of jelly looking stuff. Everything was a complete blurr. I even had to wear sun glasses at night to avoid pain and see. Thank you! Dr. Gaylord is the best in CA and county insurance is excepted
