While it seems my experience is an outlier, there is something off putting about being asked to sign a "refund agreement" for filler I not only had to get dissolved because it migrated, but had to pay an additional $5500 to get it dissolved elsewhere using ultrasound because the filler had migrated so much. The notion that the filler had migrated at all, let alone that it migrated as much as I was suggesting, was continually met with doubt and skepticism. Thus the dissolving sessions offered by Dr Sam at the Melrose location, were often done in fraction and from a place that felt more like placation than the sincerity of being believed. Throughout my experience, I repeatedly communicated that the left side of my face was completely numb, and that I suspected the filler might have migrated, but it took weeks before anyone would agree to dissolve any filler. I was scared, hurting, and hardly sleeping from the discomfort, but not once did I respond with anger or as someone seeking to pursue any sort of legal action. My personal texts with the manager, May, as well as my emails were all very friendly, and in my last email exchange with the Owner, Dr Sam and May, I requested a refund because, the offer to have the filler re-done by Dr. Sam was not something I was interested in, nor did I think I would want it any time soon so could I just have a refund instead. If they were willing to re-do the filler, which cost product, then a refund didn't seem out of the question, but this request triggered the need for a "refund agreement", one that would have prevented me from leaving this review.

I was scared, hurting, and hardly sleeping from the discomfort, but not once did I respond with anger or as someone seeking to pursue any sort of legal action. I merely requested a refund. But now I’m curious what more I could have done, if requesting a refund triggered the need for a “refund agreement”, one that essentially would have prevented me from leaving this review. It’s almost been a year since my experience, and I still get a ripple like itch when I touch or scratch along my nose or mouth.

posting this 5 weeks after my first microneedling session! I have received soooo many compliments already on my skin. Xochi was super thorough, clear and clinical in her explanation of things and gave me tailored recommendations for the exact things I wanted to address. She numbed my face, did the micro needling (which was a 4-6/10 pain) and then I was off! i have olive toned skin so my face was red for just that day and the next and then I looked completely normal! I could see the results in my complexion - smaller pores, more clear, less hyperpigmentation, overall glow - within 2 weeks. can't wait to go back for my second micro needling session this month! I also got skincare recommendations from her and will only be using Xochi approved products from now on. highly recommend!

Never in my life have I experienced care like Gabriella’s. She always has my best interest at heart, to the point where I trust her completely—even when she tells me no. If something isn’t going to look natural or feel right, she won’t do it, and that kind of honesty is so rare. Her energy is unmatched—calm, confident, and so grounding. She makes you feel safe from start to finish, never rushed or overdone. Gabriella’s all about thoughtful, intentional results, and it shows in everything she does. She’s a total gem, the kind of person you don’t come across often. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else. Adore her and could not recommend more. If it's a little more expensive, believe me it's absolutely worth every cent.

I had the best experience seeing Mona for treatments a few months ago. She was very thorough in explaining the treatment process and made sure I was comfortable with the treatments that we decided to move forward with during the consultation appointment. Before administering any treatments she described exactly what she was going to do to specific areas of my face and shared any side effects that could come up. I appreciated her honest opinion and advice on how to minimize discomfort and side effects. I am terrified of needles but had barely any discomfort because she was so gentle & kind about making sure I was doing okay. I am already looking forward to setting another appointment with Mona in the future and would highly recommend checking out the Facile office and their treatments available. I have heard that the other providers in this office are just as wonderful & trusted injectors but I can only share my honest review about the one I had seen for my appointment and would plan to book with her again in the future.

I can't begin to describe the brilliance and artistry that is Mona Seresht. It goes beyond her natural approach to achieving aesthetic goals... she is as invested in my progress as I am and I love her for that. I've never felt this confident in my appearance, and I'm so grateful. Also the facilities are gorgeous, and I'm obsessed with the girls at the front desk. Seriously look no further if you want to meet the best version of yourself.
