i spent time filling out all of the forms they sent over and confirmed my appointment. when it was time for my appointment, it turns out they had switched me to a different doctor than I had chosen and also cancelled my appointment because they "couldn't get a hold of me"...I received nothing from them. BS.
Foresight Mental Health is dangerous company and their medical practice poses a danger to our society.. I sent this email to the CEO of the company I did not get a reply. We are now filing a malpractice lawsuit against the company. Hi Greg, We are reaching out to you because we are not getting anywhere with your staff. Our son Kyle had a few sessions with a Psychiatrist Deborah Nagy. Your psychiatrist advised our son 15 years old that it was ok to smoke cannabis and take Lexapro at the same time. Our son was led to believe that ingesting Cannabis and taking Lexapro was ok. As a result, our son has now a chemical dependance on Cannabis. We confronted Deborah Nagy about this, and she admitted to telling out son it was ok to mix the two drugs. We asked her why she would do such a thing and especially to a 15-year-old. She said there was no scientific evidence to support any interaction between Lexapro and Cannabis disregarding that he is a minor and ingesting any drugs or alcohol is against the law, unethical and physically and mentally damaging. Then she proceeded to make our son feel guilty for telling us about it. FYI I was listening to all calls between the two and I could not believe what I was hearing. We complained back in October and your company said they listened to the recordings of the sessions and suspended Deborah and would remove our bill... To add insult to injury We just got a bill in the mail for $1,128 and no reply from your company at all. We are considering contacting our Attorney and initiating a malpractice suit against Foresight. This advice from your psychiatrist has had irreparable damage to our sons' brain and our Family. now we need to get him help for addiction and find out what damage has been done to his frontal cortex. We are asking for your help in this matter... Deborah need to have her licensed stripped. If we do not get a reply or a resolution to this matter, we will forward this to our attorney and file a lawsuit. We are now filing a malpractice lawsuit We're looking for an attorney to represent our case and stop this company from further doing damage to people and minors.. Looking for an attorney immediately If you are interested in taking this case please contact me at 3107954608 Aaron Collins
Don't waste your time with this company (or whatever it is.) Tried two or three times to book an appointment with one of their Therapists. Still waiting for a response. That was 2 weeks ago. Glad this wasn't an emergency. I'm still here.
Read your agreements before you sign up. The change often and it is hard to keep up with all the adjustments. The quality of care here is questionable at best. We started using them about two years back. The clinicians have changed a few times without warning. Our initial inquiry was for a psychiatrist that could provide guidance and medication management for my son. However, I was surprised to discover it was a psychiatric nurse. I became suspicious when my son started feeling like he knew more about mental illness than the actual practitioner. They have proven to be untrustworthy and have become more of a money making machine as opposed to providing mental health services. They disregard the test results from specialty clinics and want you to use their testing only. Their communication platform is unreliable and confusing. I find they are untrustworthy and unreliable. If you choose to use them? I hope your experience is positive.
Honestly I should have read reviews before signing up to this scam. First of all, my therapist wouldn't stop talking about herself so I shut the b*tch up and terminated her booty. Then they will charge you any fee to get money out of you. Way too expensive for no help at all
Foresight Mental Health is the worst. Honestly, they've made my things worse for me. Almost predatory. I spoke with their representatives and asked about the specific finances and agreed upon a schedule and plan for therapy only to find they have been charging me behind the back for things specifically not mentioned. TERRIBLE service, I'd give negative stars if I could. This place stresses me out and all I want to do is get out but I'm stuck paying over 600 out of pocket
Much like other reviews -- they have fantastic medical professionals but fail massively at admin. They keep sending me bills for a $200 online pre appointment quiz that I don't get. The provider then apologizes -- apparently there is a box that admin is not supposed to check that they check. If you wait for them to correct your bill THE BILLING DEPT will intercept emails and cancel appointments. If you call the admins will say the billing department isn't supposed to be able to do this -- but they do. Then apologize. Then do it again.
Their medical staff is top notch though there has been some turn over — BUT their administrative staff makes them difficult to work with. Check your bills — they keep adding on a $200+ Pre-Appointment Online Survey that I don’t even get. Then they apologize because someone hit the wrong check box — then they will do it again. And if you wait for them to correct the bill before you pay it — THEIR BILLING DEPT WILL CANCEL APPOINTMENTS with no notice.
A future for all needing this assistance. One-on-one in a form that can afford a reasonable timeframe for attention/help. Hopefully a wave of the future!
This rating is not about my therapist who is awesome. This is about foresight as a company. To start, their system is not user-friendly at all, and has been glitchy and created a lot of frustration for me. Second, they require you to cancel within 48 hours otherwise they charge you $125. It should be 24 hours. I had to cancel for a good reason and I asked for a one time waiver on that fee, not only were the unwilling to waive it, but the supervisor was very rude and unkind. I didn’t realize the fee was $125 and she said it was in the initial email they sent me when I first signed up. They actually sent me five emails that first day which was very overwhelming. Who can remember everything in five emails. It just doesn’t feel like they truly care about their patients. If I didn’t love my therapist so much, I would gladly switch services

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
