I live in Richmond VA, & it's well worth the cross country trip to see my Drs here. The staff is always kind & professional, & the care I receive is top notch. So grateful for them,
Chamica works in the billing department and is an absolute pleasure. She's compassionate and understanding. We need more people like her in the world. Dr. Nini is great! He is straightforward and no bull. - Which I appreciate. He didn't undermine my pain in anyway, which I get a lot. I like his conservative approach as well.
When diagnosed with degenerative scoliosis I was at a loss for what could be done other than spinal fusion, and that option was not advised. But pain is pain: it was constant and limited what I could do. So I opted for pain management through Dr. Nini and his team (Dr. Lee and more recently Dr. Wei). The results have been wonderful. Periodic nerve-blocker epidurals, ablations, and regular trigger injections have brought me from not being able to do much for very long to being able to handle a day at a museum, amusement park, or even moderate outdoor activity. Traditional PT was also recommended, and I now have a suite of exercises that support my condition. Drs. Nini, Lee, and Wei are thoughtful and thorough in offering, explaining, and performing treatment. And I feel comfortable speaking with them. Their Fairfax/West Hollywood-area outpatient surgical facility is convenient, efficient, and easy to navigate. Offices here are neat, modern, and spacious. Staff is courteous and efficient. Appointments are usually short, but more time is given when needed. Highly recommend!
Dr Nini is a very kind and caring doctor. After several injections he was able to help me find relief for my nerve pain. Thank you Dr Nini I appreciate your knowledge in nerve pain.
I have had several procedures there with Dr. NiNi and Dr. Lee the nurses there are very nice, professional and they make you feel welcome when you walk in for a procedure.
GREAT EXPERIENCE! I'm incredibly happy and relieved that I was referred to them. I'm 69, with back and neck problems all of my adult life from Degenerative Disc Disease. I've had several fusions along the way, each of which has helped, but eventually new problems appear. In recent years it's been pain and spasms in my neck and upper back. I had seen another pain management practice, but always felt they were too busy, distracted, or disorganized to diagnose and treat my issues in a thoughtful or careful way. My experience so far with Dr's. Nini and Lee has been incomparably better! Dr. Nini took the time to read all of my images and reports, really listened, and explained in great detail his analysis of my issues. He suggested treatments which have so far made a HUGE difference. I could barely turn my head or play the piano without spasms and pain before, now I can do both with almost no problem (the treatments haven't made me a better piano player, but at least now I can practice for more than 10 minutes at a time without howling in pain). I really appreciate how thorough and skilled they are. On top of that their office is very well run - every appointment has started right on time (how many busy LA doctors can you say that about?), and the communication about appointments and prep for procedures is timely and clear. Chronic pain sucks, but I finally feel like I've found doctors and a practice who know what they are doing, and care about delivering the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Nini is the best. He has been helping me with my back for years now and I endorse him completely.
Outstanding medical care from beginning to end. Dr. Nini has been treating my lower back stenosis for ten years. He’s an outstanding and skilled pain specialist who has my full trust and confidence. His knowledge, skill and talent as a diagnostician and surgeon is in my judgement - exceptional in all ways. If you are looking for a non- invasive approach to your spinal issues - I strongly urge you to make an appointment. I’m currently a return patient after several years of pain free life style due to his previous treatment. And care. He’s great! Jeff Lengyel 7/4/23
The staff that answers the phone is integral to how comfortable people are in a trusting their ailments to a medical facility. The lady on the phone was rude, had a very stern tone and lacked grace. As if my phone call was interupting something far more important. She was unhelpful as well, unwilling to hear my plight for my husband that has the need for very specialized care, which not many doctors treat or even know anything about. I was very hopeful for this practice to possibly be a very promising avenue for us. But, the office person who took my phone call, had better things to do, then attempt to work with me, or gather more information to see if it was possible for the first steps, to get care or even if they could help. Very discouraging. Also, when calling a Medical practice answeing the phone "Doctors Office" and nothing more is off putting.
I was referred to this place after a car crash and they have been beyond wonderful and critical in my recovery process. I have seen both dr. Lee and dr. Nini and bother were professional and helpful, and they both have a great bedside manner. I would not hesitate to refer people here in the future.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
