Dirty, musty office located in a ghetto. You have to pay with cash or check up front, will get a handwritten receipt back. They leave everyone's charts all over the place- I was left alone with a pile of other people's charts at my elbow by the very unprofessional lab tech. Hi massive HIPAA violation. Keeping in mind I had to go in at peak Covid when the mask mandate was fully in force, the staff had no masks, I watched the patient before me leave the room (also no masks, and a dirty little kid in tow). Nothing was cleaned, the paper on the exam table not even changed (and then with a dirty look) until I said something. The doctor came in- no mask, didn't wash her hands, no gloves. Tried to tell me I should have kids- I'm 38 years old and have had my tubes tied. I'm pretty sure you should keep your old-lady opinions to your damn self.  Was rude, dismissive, didn't listen to what I was saying about symptoms. Felt like I was in a Russian ghetto the whole time, never went back. Get yourself another provider if assigned here!

If I can give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible service. From receptionist to doctors the attitude is so bad. They would never call you back with results from doctors you had authorization. If you have options don't ever try this place.

Rude and stuck in the 1970s. Doesn't take credit card payments and treated me like a drug addict when I tried to get my prescriptions moved over after I moved to los angeles. Avoid like the plague.

Office assistance is very pure on knowledge, very aggressive to patients.Galina Makovoz is not responsible for here work. She needs to contact to insurance company to get approval for MRI test - she did not do it, she lied to patient!!! I contact my insurance, they still wait her call.I just so appreciate to Schedule Department of Radiology Center, they contact my insurance and I got approval for MRI ("doctor" Galina Makovoz still not call to insurance!).

If I could give negative stars I would. I only went once (state picked this dr which is enraging). The dr barely speaks English. The room I was in had a corner piled with old medical equipment. It was dirty and the ac was broken and it smelled musty. My medical concerns were disregarded and i felt like she wasn't even listening to me. Just checking things off a list. I was worried that I had contracted something while being in there. I'd rather have no dr that ever return.

I will not recommend this office and it my first review I ever did.I completely in same position as many angry patients. Ridiculous customer service provided by the office.Very unprofessional receptionist, They treat me as stooped girl !!!

This lady cannot control herself at all ( I'm not a doctor but seems like she needs some medical assistance).I came with an urgent pain without an appointment and had to listen 40 min lecture about my personality and some other receptionist's concerns:( I think her name is Sophia.She was literally yelling and a timing at me without me even as swearing her back.I am completely shocked:((( I was not my first visit to this office.They have a nice doctor but unfortunately horrible reception:(((( I will definitely file a complaint with my insurance company.And unfortunately will change the primary physician cuz this situation is normal for this office.Some other people working there came upfront to come down their receptionist and asked her to stop yelling but nobody said a word to me or apologize for such a crazy situation.Its definitely not the way medical offices should treat their patients ( specially patient who is in urgent pain and no have choice except "hold your breath" and wait to see the doctor and try to ignore such a crazy and disrespectful attitude ")I will definitely not gonna go back and would not recommend this office to any of my friends.
