i wish there were a zero or even a negative five stars that could be given. during my visit i had to wait for dr. appleton to use the restroom, which i believe he was gone long enough to have a bowel movement. then i had to wait for dr. appleton to go pick up his lunch. after that he had me sit in another office to answer 390 questions. while he ate his lunch and saw other patients. the very next day had the results of the 390 questions rendering me: temporarily totally disabled by a non-industrial condition. but failed the simplest accuracy of correctly spelling my first name. so, how accurate are his results of 390 questions? and if i only talked about the mistreatment at work, surviving four investigations in one year, about receiving a 2 month evaluation, 4 month evaluation, 6 month evaluation and a demotion on the same day with the same date on them 5 days before passing a 6 month probation, be denied for promotions, and being told im never going to get promoted, the financial devastation and hardships these illegal actions has caused by a director that was proved to be "removed from her position because of her actions toward city staff and i told him i typed 33 pages about a lady i only knew for 10 months. but yet dr. appleton states my "condition" is non- industrial. i was taken off of work until july 1st with no treatment plan and his ending statement "i am not accepting ms. robertson as a treatment patient at this time." when it was time to return to work i had the worse run around getting a return to work note. i called to request the return to work slip and was referred to the worker's comp representative which i told dr. appleton's office staff the worker's comp has already been denied which is fine because i never wanted to be off in the first place i just want to be treated fairly and return to work. i spoke to a kaiser psychiatrist which also tried to get in touch with dr. appleton and was unsuccessful as well. this has been a horribleeee experience!!! i would neverrrr refer anyone to this place!!! go here at your own risk... you have been warned!!! sincerely, derricka robertson

I have been going here for almost 2 years. The issues have always been on my workers comp side and all the ladies that work there have always been professional and kind towards me. My therapist has helped me so much and I'm not sure where I would be without this group.

Started off great with this organization. Unfortunately I'm now understanding the poor reviews. I poured my heart and soul during my evaluation. Answered hundreds of questions about my life history all for nothing. It's situations like this why I'm understanding why mental health continues to be highly stigmatized :(

Lovely office staff. Professionals. Skilled. Trauma-informed. Dr. Appleton accomplished more in 3 years than my last doctor did in 17. It's hard to find good, quality care. Look no further. This office has the compassionate, skilled, experts you're seeking. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Appleton and everyone at Genesis Psychology Group.

The ladies at that work there are very nice and helpful. They go Beyound the call of duty to assist you. I highly recommend Dr. Gleissinger.

I was sent here by my work and that lady who had a conversation with me is absolutely delusional. She said absolutely offensive bullshit. Do not recommend

The Pasadena office from the manager, to the staff to the therapists were amazing and accomodating. Emails they responded quickly, phone professionalism was awesome. It is amazing to see A plus customer service. Especially in a field we're individuals like myself were feeling unsure about life's plan for our lives. Thank you Pasadena team. And thank you to the manager for managing and not hiding in a corner pushing work off to their staff!

Love this place! I ran into some issues with my Adjuster, and Joanna went out of her way, went to bat for me, and resolved my issue.....ALL OF WHICH were outside her job description. I received an email at 10:30PM from her telling me it was all taken care of. I can't thank her enough for caring about me and just wanting to help another human being. She's my hero.

Great service lovely Dr. she is patient, attentive and sensitive. I've had doctors in the past but she has the ability to share information that allows for better self-care in between appointments. Illuminating the absolute need for medication

5 out 5 stars hands down!! I've had such an amazing experience with Joanna and Dr. Norman. Joanna is such a sweet individual and always goes over and beyond to assist you in any way she can. Dr. Norman is simply amazing! He is so understanding and never makes you feel like you're being judged. He always gives me hope during every session. Thank you both for making this process so much easier for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
