Dr. Gindi is excellent!! I really feel like she listens, understands and offers solutions that work and are preventative as well. I am so lucky to have finally found a doctor that I trust, that's so important! Excellent office staff as well. All around great experience.

Dr. Vivian is a great doctor. She gives personal attention and takes time to listen to what's going on with your personal issues and provides excellent care.

WORST STAFF- WORST COSTUMER SERVICE- RECEPTIONIST ARE SO RUDE - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS OFFICE.

I've been going to this Hollywood Cross Medical Center for over 36 years both Dr. Magdi & Dr. Nabla Gindi have take such great care of my family & I'm so very Pleased with with Dr. Veronica now too. I go, my children go & now my grandchildren go Thank so very much for being Doctors who Really Care for & about there patients. Your all so very Wonderful I say this with love from a very Greartful Heart??

The office so called manager Emma that was refusing to give her name information is an animal rude and should be fired immediately! Dr Gindi is an amazing doctor but this so called office manager is ignorant unethical was acting like a doctor giving wrong advice and brushing everything under the rug! She did everything and anything to not transfer the call to the doctor and hung up the phone multiple times screaming at us constantly after advising multiple times we have a urgent medical matter and are out of the country and need to ask medical advise because we are the Dr's patients. I am contacting the the board and having this issue escalated to the proper department to get this matter remedied.

Have been going there for over 15 years. No complaint

I've been here for 20 years!! over the past 3 years customer service has gotten worse. repcionist ladies are rude, keep on hold forever and forget about you. when you call back they never answer. I do want to say i miss dr gindi his daughter dr vivian is the BEST!! she is friendly and takes time to get to know your needs love her!!! this place would be a 5 star if you change the two reps you got there.they let people they like in right away while we get stock waiting for hours. just sad!! please train your staff in the front !!!

I have been a patient coming to Dr. Gindi's office for more than 21 years; my first visit was an emergency, my oldest daughter was very sick, Dr. Gindi saw her and immediately rushed me to the Children's Hospital, he did not charge me, he said, just go right away. Her appendix had erupted but Thank God and Dr. Gindi we were able to treat her right away. Since then, I have not forgotten his kindness and became a loyal patient, driving from wherever I live to come to their office; Dr. Gindi's wife treated me during two of my pregnancies and they have been our preferred Doctor since 1998 and we will not change them ever. Now that their daughter is there we feel as comfortable as with Mom and Dad. We are so thankful with the Gindin Family of Doctors.

Very mixed feelings about this place. Dr. Vivian Gindi is one of the best doctors I've ever seen in LA. She's very kind, attentive and knowledgable. I would give this place 5 stars if the entire office shaped up. The problem is her staff members at the front desk are rude and very difficult to work with and they will straight up lie to you. They will tell you your annual exam is covered by your insurance and then months later your insurance will announce that you owe $250. Also, they expect you to pay for a follow up visit (another $75?!) to hear the results and then pay an extra $5 to get a copy of the results. I've had my annual exam done by at least 5 different doctors in LA over the past 10 years and my results have never been held hostage like that. The doctor needs to revamp her billing staff and this place would be golden.

They're so stupid they can't even keep a real phone number that's actually working on their website or Google.
