I just had the most amazing, relaxing, soothing 70 minute facial! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and warmth from Jennifer and the lovely ladies in the front. I had my facial service done by Leah, and let me tell you, she did not disappoint! I walked in there stressed and walked out with beautiful, glowing skin and fully relaxed. I can't wait to book my next facial here in a couple of weeks! :)

I got the 12 month package and thankfully it doesn't expire since I didn't get to use it right away due to having surgery and a long recovery. Mi Jeong and Jenneifer are so sweet. The experience is so amazing and relaxing. I received microderm service for the first time as well. I enjoyed the facial massage as well.

I recently moved back to LA and my skin has been acting out so I'm so glad I finally gave this place a try! Mi Jeong, my aesthetician, was welcoming and so sweet! She walked me through the entire process of my basic facial and was also able to suggest serums and creams to help with skin rejuvenation and dryness! This place not only does high end facials but also carry top of the line brands that they swear by. The prices are worth it! I can't wait to come back again, and continue treatment.

Facial’s good but receptionists keep asking me have been you here before groupon coupon you are able to use once a year and then staff keep pushing their package and tip so FYI hope they’ve treating customers better

I made an appointment and made my way for a facial. I found this place on yelp that had a ton of good reviews so I had to try it. Once I arrived I was immediately greeted. I had to fill out a form on my skin before the service. They did ask me to pay first which I thought was odd since no services were rendered. Who pays for something before a service is actually provided/done. The reception advised that I could then pay afterwards. I was taken back to receive a microdermabrasion treatment. The table was heated and my aesthetician was very knowledgeable, and she had golden hands. The way she massaged my face/neck/shoulders was much needed. I received a collagen mask as well. After all was said and done I paid $150 not including a tip which I paid separately. They have a parking lot in front of the building in Koreatown. I would also like to note that the office is on the second floor. Overall giving a 4 star. I had a great experience minus the exchange in the beginning of my appointment and will be making a second appointment for a hydra facial.

I was looking for a good skin care place and found Gloria skin care. I went in to give it a try. First, I was surprised that it was bigger than expected. It was clean and was assigned to Myla. (Sorry if I spelled wrong) She was fantastic and loved the service I received. Her hands should be praised, it was a super relaxing yet right amount of the pressure that I was looking for (tell her how you want the pressure to be, she will adjust it to fit your liking) I'm going there again next week. I'm thinking of getting the package they have. Overall, great place!

I have been coming to this facility for over five years, minus when everything was shut down during Covid. The staff is always great, awesome customer service, clean facilities, and an awesome experience. Today I had Myla, who was very great with my facial, Energy was great, wasn't rushing and did a superb job on my skin. I appreciate the staff as well as the facilities. If you are looking for a great relaxing experience please give them a try! Parking is great as well. You won't be disappointed.

Bought this Basic facial with my husband today.So As far as my knowledge and understanding on what they put as a description on what you will get from "Basic Facial" is there would be an extraction meaningto extract what you need extraction at,at wherever you need it.So as my suprise and disbelief my aesthetician named MIjeong,just do 3x extraction on my nose with a tissue and prick 1 pimple on my nose and thats it!and thats my facial already!(plus w this massage and machine which i really don't need)accdg to her and there VP Jennifer that that's the coverage of there Basic Facial of groupon.Next time before you purchase ask first and explain what kind of facial service you are looking for.coz because your groupon only.this is the only coverage unfortunately for my BASIC FACIAL.they should have pay attention to the sign in paper they ask us to fill up so they would know what I am there in the 1st place.Be careful also because with my aethetician Mijeong also give me this comments on how bad my skin is,well thats why i'm there for the facial not for your poor judgement.

My facial was AMAZING. I come here every year for my birthday. I purchase the basic 70 minute facial. It's 90 dollars but I pay using Groupon. They have other packages as well . Very friendly staff and good customer service
