REPREHENSIBLE. Have you ever heard of a doctor who doesn't return patients' phone calls? Her office seems to be set up to shield her from ever having to talk to patients. I have been trying for three weeks to have a simple conversation with her regarding my prescription. The main number tells you to call a secondary number if you want to leave her a message. The secondary number is either full and not taking any additional messages, or some dude named George answers and tells you, in a thick accent, to call the main number. I have left two recorded messages on the main number and have dictated a message twice to a 'receptionist' and have never once received a phone call back. Meanwhile, I'm having increasing difficulties breathing. This 'doctor' should be prosecuted.
The office was filthy. The receptionists were as apathetic and rude as the DMV. the doctor, while clearly knowledgeable is burned out and impatient.
The office is bad No respect of time No drinking water Very noisy (workers, patients, visitors joke and shout and chat in high voice. The doctor: can be anything but not real physician! I'am sorry to say that. I chose one star because there is no way to choose stars in minus
She is good at passing out the prescriptions which is only putting a bandage on the real problem. I told her that I have pain in my stomach and she told me to keep taking my medicine. Since I first came to her as a new patient, which is 7 mos. I am sicker than I have ever been. When sending patients to an outside doctor, I have to go to Inglewood. She doesn't address your problems at all. We talked about a mamo test and I asked for the newer test and she said I wasn't covered for it. She wouldn't even try to put it through for authorization. Looking for better doctor. Oh I gave a list of ailments, she wasn't looking into too those. The list I gave are the for "heart failure."
After dealing with this doctor incompetent staff, I immediately went running for the door and sought another doctor who could properly diagnose and tend to my needs. I voiced my concerns and issues I had about the office staff to the doctor and my complaint went unheard and unaddressed. My advice to you is to stay away from this place and seek another doctor. My wife was given a wrong diagnosis by a nurse practictioner and was later told the issue was not as serious as was first reported.
This is THE worst doctor I have ever been to! Please, please, do NOT schedule an appointment with her! She is terrible. Despite having made an appointment, I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes until I was taken into the room, and an additional hour until I was actually seen by the doctor herself! Terrible, horrendous service. She referred me to a specialist, but the specialist in Inglewood was just as bad as Dr. McKillop. Nothing was diagnosed and I even received a bill 3 years after I visited her office, saying that the lab where she performed the tests did not receive prompt insurance filing from her office.
i just fell that i don t reaaly get the care that i need an i really need a diff kung dr all toghter

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
