Case manager Toni Woods has been case managing our program for a little while now, let me tell you she is amazing. She is absolutely on point with every client and knows exactly what they need she gets the job done for them. She goes to bat for her clients. She is a great asset to HealthRIGHT 360 they are very lucky to have her.

The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because it wouldnt allow me to post a review with anything less but if you want my honest opinion, this place deserves zero stars. First and foremost, its infested with rats, possums, insects, you name it!! You'll find any disgusting thing u can possibly think of at this residential so-called "treatment" center "Resolve Recovery". My biggest problem with this place and what mainly pissed me off, was their incompetent staff who failed to do a thorough search when I was initially admitted into their facility, who then later falsely accused me of using drugs because they found a lighter in my purse while doing a supposed "random" search (which I had in my purse from the get go, when they initially had searched my stuff at check in). And Random search My ASS!!! They decided to search my stuff after I refused to continue to take their medication because I was having a bad reaction to it but they automatically assumed I was using drugs and treated me like I was some sort of criminal. Just because your shitty staff are all former addicts/convicted felons, doesnt mean your clients are as well!!! I've never felt so humiliated and degraded in my entire life!!!! Anyway, do yourselves a favor and stay clear of this disgusting place. They dont give two shits about you, will treat u very unfairly and will be the cause of your relapse!!

Nice facility that houses my daughter. I was amazed that they let your child stay overnight with you on approval! She also received an 8 hour pass which allowed us to invite the family over to see her! She seems much happier and has a welcomed positive attitude with a goal of turning her life around. So far, so good!
