Hollywood Hills Senior Living's Online Review Report Card

We were so lucky to find this place for my mom to move to and in a pinch. She was recovering from hip surgery and unable to move home due to all the stairs. It was definitely the most affordable we could find on a tight budget and very pretty and very clean. The staff were very nice and especially kind and patient to my mom. We experienced both the assisted living and the memory care floors which were very different experience and mostly felt separate. Visiting was easy, parking was easy, and generally they were helpful with any random detail that came up. We just recently moved my mom to a place closer to us but when we needed to find a place for my mom quickly it was a blessing to find Hollywood Hills , for so many reasons. They were very helpful working with us and getting my mom and us started in this new life situation. She still talks about visiting. We are grateful.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Hollywood Hills Senior Living, where I moved my parents over six months ago. The interior of the building is beautiful, with a charming Hollywood Art Deco vibe. My parents' unit is the perfect size for them, offering views of the city and the Hollywood Hills. The daily activities and weekly happy hours, complete with live entertainment, are wonderful touches that my parents enjoy. I visit often, and every interaction I've had with the care staff and support team has been consistently pleasant and reassuring. This year, my mom's healthcare needs have evolved, and I want to give a special shout-out to Keith Bernabe, the Resident Services Director. Keith has been amazing in developing a care plan tailored to my mom's changing needs. I also want to thank Vanessa Jewell, the Operations Director, who always takes the time to address any questions or concerns I have. Vanessa and her team do an excellent job of ensuring everything runs smoothly. Both my parents and I are very happy with our experience at Hollywood Hills Senior Living, and I am incredibly grateful for the care they receive.

The staff was warm and friendly. Vanessa and Delilah answered all of our questions and took their time with us. We were very compassionate and understanding. The facility was outstanding I'm definitely hoping to get my mother placed here

I had came here for am interview I don’t know the woman I encountered but her attitude was nasty did not greet me the proper way. My interview started at 3pm nobody said a thing just let me sit there. I walked out I wouldn’t want to work there if I have to deal with people like that

Nice staff and very attentive to details. So welcoming. Patient's room are very well arranged and clean. The place smells so good upon entering. It's like a luxurious hotel assisted living for seniors.

My father he never wanted to live in an assisted living facility, but after 9 months at HH he is very content and well cared for. Rubia keeps the facility impeccably clean and Patrick makes sure it's very well maintained. My father is happy with the food and the empathetic service staff in the kitchen and dining room. The care staff - Lorna, Brenda, Del, and Margaret and others take excellent care of him. And Keith Bernabe, Resident Service Director, has been incredibly supportive. He is always willing help guide me through the journey of caring for an elderly parent. He is diligent and detailed oriented and he always available to listen, even when I drop into his office unannounced. :) I ADORE Patty at the front desk, with her incredible smile and willingness to help. And Vanessa Jewel keeps the entire facility running smoothly, which is NOT an easy job, and she is ALWAYS warm and adoring with my father. It's lovely place!

After I toured over a dozen assisted living places near and around Los Angeles for our relative, I chose Hollywood Hills! Everyone was so nice and accommodated all of my questions. The living and common areas are gorgeous. My family is very critical and I was the only person making any efforts to find the best place for our relative. I was grateful Hollywood has allowed our relative to live here. It is beautiful and clean. The vibe is calm and relaxed but fun. I hope our family member appreciates all of the help and support she is being given. AJ, Vanessa, Keith and everyone else I have dealt with have been helpful and supportive. Also, a shout out to Jeremy at A Place for Mom, who told me about Hollywood and how you get soooo much for the money. And it is true. So much more than Belmont in Santa Monica in my opinion. (they are very nice as well, just much much more expensive)

My name is Winnie Landrum. I had the opportunity to tour Hollywood Hills Senior Living on July 16th, 2024. I was so impressed with the place it was so clean and the staff were really nice. Vanessa greeted me with a smile and took me on a tour. Vanessa explained everything to me regarding the type of services they provide and also gave me the paperwork to give to my Godmother to look over. I never knew how much work it takes to run a senior living place. It is always good to do your homework when looking for a place for your love one. Vanessa gave me so much information and i really appreciate it. Today AJ contacted me to see if I had anymore question. I told him no and he said if i did they would be happy to help. I would recommend you visit Hollywood Hills Senior Living if you are looking for a place for a love one or for yourself.

We're feeling incredibly fortunate that Hollywood Hills had one apartment available. My stepmom has been having the time of her life the past 5 weeks since she moved in, making friends, exercising, socializing, DANCING and learning new games. The staff are kind and friendly, the food is great, and the building itself feels and looks like a 5 star hotel. It's been a great relief to see my stepmom thriving, healthy and happy after struggling the past two years living alone and then with caregivers. We sleep well at night knowing she's in a beautiful, caring place. And we love hanging out there with her! Happy hour has the best, toe tappingest live musicians!!
