This place is a treasure find for your ear health and so much more. It is so hard and rare to find a truly caring helpful health provider who will spend time to hear your health concerns and to fully help you, and I found such an amazing doctor at The House Institute Hearing Aid Centers in Bakersfield. Dr. Jonathan Campbell and his staff are amazing professionals very caring and helpful people! It all started with a phone call to the center, where I spoke to a very friendly lady named Becky, who helped me make an afternoon appointment for a much-needed hearing test and treatment. Thank you all, people like you, give me Faith again in our health care system. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

This place was highly recommended to me. Was seen here yesterday by Dr. Peng and Dr. Christopher - I had previously seen another “specialist” who had ultimately offered no explanation or path forward for my issue, which (coincidentally or otherwise) started almost exactly 24 hours after getting the J&J vaccine. They took a fresh look at what was going on, suggested a different approach (injecting steroids through the eardrum to get them directly to the target area rather than by oral medication) and I’m noticing some improvements already! I was actually able to see inside my own ears with their camera setup. Based on my experience, I’d certainly recommend seeing this facility for hearing issues.

Dr House has been my ear doctor since I was a child. He saved my ears & hearing. Completely recommend him. Best ear doctor ever. The House Institute wows me.

I've bee reading some of reviews on here and just want to say sometimes you need to have patience to see the best surgeons in the world. I was diagnosed with Acoustic Neuroma and a tumor the size of a golf ball in 2010. my health was depleting at a fast rate. Dr Wilkinson & Dr Snyder were the most professional & caring Doctors. Checking on me multiple times after the 13 hour surgery. After 11 years I still get letters from them to make sure I get my follow up MRI's. Thumbs up to a great team there.
