Hrc- Hair Restoration Of California's Online Review Report Card

This company stopped servicing customers due to Covid but continued to charge my credit card for services they never performed. When I notified my bank and got the charges reversed, they changed their name so they could resume stealing money from me. Now I've opened up a fraud case against them. Since their services discontinued, I had no option but to look elsewhere. I found you can order products from websites like Lord Hair for a fraction of the cost and much superior quality. If I could give zero stars, I would.

After learning about HRC's Trichology system, which lasts for a year, I decided to try it and happy I did. My hair stylist noticed the new hair growing about 4 months in which was great non-biased feedback. I will say if you try this system you definitely need to commit to the laser 3x/week and the complete regiment for the entire year. If you follow the program, results should definitely be yours. I mostly had Blanca performing my in-house treatments and she is absolutely fabulous! Recommend her 100% :)

Poor hair quality. I was a client for two years. i would have continued to renew my contract had I been satisfied with the hair pieces and service. I found better quality hair pieces and hair products from a company on line. It is a lot less expensive as well. I do my own hair now. It's super easy. I don't have to deal with appointments, waiting time, cancellations or bad quality hair and it is wonderful to be able to do your hair when you want, as often as you want. When I was their client, I raised my concerns with the owners ( at that time there were two brothers co-owners) and my concerns were ignored. I am not the type to complain, so I chose to leave.

Excellent service with warm supportive employees. They were very understanding and kind through each step of the process. I couldn't be happier with the product. It is very natural and beautiful looking. I don't think I have ever had hair that looked this good.

This review is for the kind attention and service that I received from Johanna at HRC. She is truly a gem. Losing hair is a very personal, and in some cases traumatizing experience. It can feel like there is no hope. Johanna listened to all my concerns and put me at ease right away. She answered all of my questions and taught me a lot about the causes of my thinning hair after giving me not one, but two, free scalp examinations. I went back and forth on the services many times and unfortunately am just not in the financial position to execute on the program right now. HRC did their best to work with my financial constraints and didn't pressure me by saying that their offer was only good if I purchased that day. Johanna truly wanted me to feel confident about the service and cared about all of my concerns. If my financial situation changes I will definitely be going back to HRC to start treatment. In the meantime, I have some tools to understand and try to slow my hair loss. Thank you HRC, (especially Johanna) for treating me with such kindness.
