BE AWARE!!!!!! DIFFERENT OWNERSHIP I purchased XEOMIN Package in 2024 from this spa and I was assured by the FRONT OFFICE STAFF SO KIM, that I could use the remaining units without an expiration date. However, Since the ownership changed in May, I was suddenly informed that all my remaining units/credits no more valid. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since the YELP and GOOLGE review still include old reviews from 'ID MEDICAL SPA' It seems unfair that they would keep the reputation built by previous nurses and services but refuse to honor the responsibility toward existing clients. I do not feel comfortable leaving a positive rating for a business that does not stand by its prior commitments.

My whole family was customers, built trust over the years. Owner disappeared without refunding my credit. It was around $600. I moved to new York and came back after a year. Owner was changed and they said they can't do anything. Appearantly lost my $600.

It's not even worth giving this place one star. The laser treatment I received here made my face look the worst. After that, they tried to sell me another laser product. This place seems like a group of money-grubbers who only want to make money. I absolutely do not recommend this place.!!!

When I came in, I showed the ladies my problem area and they were able to recommend exactly what I needed! They were trustworthy and reliable. They don't try to upsell you or give you treatments you don't need. Jessica did my treatments and I LOVEEEE HER! She is very attentive, communicative, and meticulous. Some of the treatments were my first time, so I was feeling really nervous and anxious. However, she explained everything and did such a phenomenal job; she treated the areas that I exactly wanted, and I saw such wonderful results! Every time I come, I'm excited to see Jessica!! It's hard to find a place that you can trust especially with med clinics, so I'm really thankful to have found this place. (:

Excellent service, the staff is very attentive and are willing to help you with any questions and references to the services they offer; I am a recurring customer and every time I go I leave happy, it is like a new experience every time I go.
