Incinta team members are helpful navigating through the process. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask questions. They have done this many times so things could be normal for them but for us, especially going through for the first time, we had many questions and the Incinta team was accessible. Facility is clean and located at convenient location. Thank you, Incinta!

The consultant was very supportive and attentive, checking in throughout the process. Since this was my first IVF experience, I was quite anxious, so I really appreciated how quickly they responded to my questions by email. The doctor was also very professional, which made me feel comfortable and confident in their care. One suggestion would be to provide an overview of the entire IVF process in advance. I understand each case is different, but having a general idea of the steps ahead would help patients better understand what to expect.

Fui paciente de esta clinica mi primer intento fallo cuando intente realizar el segundo invitro nunca contestaron a mis llamadas, solo se comunicaron cuando busque opción, gracias a Dios mi segundo invitro fue exitoso sin imaginar el camino que me esperaba al enterarme que el embrion transferido venía con sindrome mismo embrion que en incinta le hicieron su prueba genética y me aseguraron que era un embrion sano lamentablemente no fue asi y causó la perdida de mi embarazo no recomiendo esta clinica ni su laboratorio de pruebas genética no son 100 % confiables y han causado una depresión a mi esposo y a mi terminaron con nuestras ilusiones

I came in thinking I was going to have answers for my infertility concerns but the girl at the front I think her name was Amy did not even greet me or acknowledge me. She was also rude as hell. Then another lady I believe her name is Charlie, she was helping me but in the middle of helping me she said she had to go out for errands and left. Terrible service. I can't even imagine me spending so much of my husband's hard working money at this clinic the way I was treated. However I'll give it this other girl who's also in the front I think her name is Jamie or Jenni, she was very nice and actually trying to help me and treated me very nicely. Disappointed in the service.
