This is the most incompetent, uninformed, unethical and misleading practice I’ve been at for 4 years. Just last year I was discharged as a patient and informed that I was told during an appointment - that was a lie and violated proper discharge protocols in accordance with the state (I do auditing for mental and substance use programs). Moreover, when pressed on the issue not only did the provider lie but the office manager handled the situation unwell. As I mentioned, being discharged without notice all while my prescriptions were needed to be refilled and appointment was needed to get refills and I was seen under 3 different providers which is unethical to begin with. They’ve changed their payment practices numerous times pay before your appointment, pay after your appointment or a pay plan but then ultimately it comes to you paying before services are rendered THEN to be told we can’t refill your prescriptions until you pay your appointment fee when you haven’t even been seen! This is insane.

RUN DONT WALK. Without a doubt the rudest, most profit driven mental health professionals I have ever had the burden of interacting with. They don’t care about you at ALL- doctors don’t remember your name, diagnosis, medication, ect. Plenty of reputable telehealth services avail. These guys suck so much and shouldn’t be licensed.

Dr Nikravesh has been my doc for a few years now. I have nothing but praises since being under her care. She has seen me through the hardest times and I can honestly say that I would be in drastically different circumstances without her guided mental health care.
