Joung H. Lee's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Lee is a doctor that really loves what he does and wants to helps his patients. He removed my meningioma (most of it) in 2011 a day I will never forget. And with many follow up visits he was amazing. Dr. Lee was honest with me and told me that it would grow back and it did. By this time Dr. Lee had left Ohio. And the neuro Dr. that they had me see just wanted to do Radiation to slow the growth and not do surgery again. So in 2014 with the Meningioma back again I underwent the Radiation therapy. It has done its job so far it has slowed the growth. But When my scans were done this past year my Dr. said to me that she seen some things they didn't like, and another tumor on the Right side of the brain and the brain tumor board board had a consultation and wanted to suggest radiation to me. I wanted a second opinion I wanted to talk with Dr. Lee, I knew I could find him and I did. I called, left a message with his wonderful staff and he returned my call that afternoon! As soon as my Dr. here was able to have all the records sent to him, he looked them over and then called me to talk it all over with me. That is an amazing Dr. that takes pride in his patients!! Thank you it is much appreciated.

I highly recommend Dr Joung Lee to my family and friends for doing an exemplary job on my husband’s surgery and excellent follow up checks.

We are so thankful to Dr. Lee. He performed a craniotomy on my dad earlier this month due to a severe brain bleed. He was able to remove most of the blood and help get my dad to recover quickly from what could have led to more complications. He is caring, patient and really seeks to help his patients by listening to them and answering whatever questions they may have. We are so thankful for him as he was able to speak and explain the surgery and the recovery to my parents fluently in Korean and to me in English. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee.

Dr. Lee skillfully operated on my brain tumor back in 2015. He followed closely and diligently for the next year until the tumor returned and he then followed me through radiation. Fast forward to now, I live in Oregon and was recently diagnosed with three more tumors. I immediately went back to Dr. Lee. He takes the time to make you feel supported and heard, always answering questions and breaking things down to the simplest of terms. I put all my faith in him to continue my care, even from a few states away.

This doctor is amazing,! He saved my life with a brain tumor operation that was killing me. He was unable to remove the whole tumor with causing brain damage, but removed a considerable portion. All with NO impairment of my ability to think and reason. This alone I have been told is miraculous! While I am now moving into the next stage of this battle (treatment), his skill, his professionalism, his true Care for me (someone who I had never met before just this last week when I needed his help, inspires confidence in relation to my ability to FULLY recover from this serious and life- threatening experience. He is the beginning of the recovery cycle of action, but a vital, vital beginning. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with a similar problem. he is truly an angel for those in need He cares, he will help you to recover. A true professional.

If you have atypical trigeminal pain do not see doctor Lee. He will not treat you. When talking to Dr. Lee I was explain my symptoms and he constantly interrupted me and moved on to the next question before I even finish my sentence. I didn’t even get to give my full history to him just a few symptoms before he decided he can’t treat me. I was there to get a second opinion for a surgery peripheral pain. And we did not even get to discuss what I needed.

I delayed surgery 4 years ago because a wacky neurosurgeon scared me out of it. Symptoms keep piling up and luckily I get to see Dr Joung Lee. I have confidence in his knowledge, his genuine care for patients, his humility, his faith, and his skills. God’s blessing is given me but at the time He thinks is right! I highly recommend Dr Lee. May God constantly bless you with what you need to continuing with your saving work.

Dr. Lee was able to successfully remove my husband's brain tumor which was already at 5.4cm, which is considered a fast developing tumor from their assessment based off of the MRI. We were assured that it would be a successful procedure based on his capabilities. He really demonstrated above and beyond care, treating his clients more than just a patient. He made us feel welcome and safe. We are grateful for his expertise, and we will never forget his outstanding performance in the surgical procedure. Thank you Dr. Lee!
