She is really nice and caring doctor. Very knowledgeable.

Really liked Dr. Austin, but didn't care for front office staffer (Susie). Difficult to reach a live body while trying to call the office. Answering machine picks up, you leave a message that is returned, if lucky maybe a week later. Too hard to get a follow up call from the office.

Dr. Austin is a competent and caring professional. She takes the extra time to explain things and makes sure I understand before moving on. My family and I feel comfortable around her and have always trusted her judgment.
