I’ve been here a few times. The facials did the job, but there were some recurring issues that ultimately made me stop coming back. Every session, the esthetician would leave the room for 15-20 minutes during a 90-minute facial. From my experience at other spas, this time is typically used for a scalp, neck, or hand massage during the mask portion-not a break for the provider. I didn’t realize how unusual this was until I started getting facials elsewhere. You’ll also be upsold during the treatment-whether it’s an additional product used mid-session or an extra service. I find this incredibly frustrating. For the price I’m paying, I expect a relaxing experience, not a sales pitch. At the end, they’ll try to sell you the products used or recommend others to add to your routine. I usually gave in and bought one or two items, but always regretted it. The products are mediocre at best and very overpriced. But the final straw for me was the tipping situation. I’m a firm believer in tipping (I always tip 20% for services). But I also believe tipping is optional-not something to be demanded. On my last visit, I had to leave quickly to pick up my child and told them I’d Zelle the tip shortly, as I had done many times before as a regular client. About 20 minutes later, I received a text from the clinic saying they didn’t receive a tip and were waiting on it. That’s incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I had already paid a premium for the service and spent extra on products. To demand a tip crosses a line. I sent it anyway, as I intended to-but I’ve never returned since, and never will. This kind of behavior shows either poor training or a complete disregard for client experience.

Miri is the best! I went in for multiple mole removal and she made the entire process so smooth! On top of that she is the best when it comes to responding to my many questions at any time and made me feel really confident in my choice to choose them! Especially on making sure I healed good and had no scars! On top of the professionalism, the prices were fantastic in comparison of many other medspas and dermatologists I got quotes from. Everyone who works here is fabulous! Thank you!!

Walked in with w bad acne flare up and Miri advised me to get plasma treatment with toning laser. I feel my skin texture, acne scars and hyperpigmentation has gotten so much better. Miri and the staff are always welcoming, attentive and helped so much with my skin. Give them a try! You won't regret it :)

I've been coming here for years my past troubled skin got so much more rejuvenated plump and smooth . I had toning laser package and gold and oxygen facial package. All the aesthetivians and nurses and Miri have helped me so much over the years. I always appreciate the loving positive vibes here as well. Thank you for brightening up my skin. I've been coming here consistently since January and thanks to Miri and all the staff, my face has transformed drastically within a few months!!! I did Fraxel Dual and Rejuran injections here and I LOVED it. The staff was super kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, they really take the time to explain everything, which I appreciated. The Fraxel was a little spicy but nothing unbearable, and the Rejuran added such a nice boost. My skin feels smoother, brighter, and just overall healthier. I've gotten so many compliments lately on how radiant I look, even without makeup. If you've been considering it, I'd definitely recommend booking a consultation. Totally worth it if you're looking to invest in your skin.

I can't recommend La Eve and Miri enough! She's not only incredibly knowledgeable but makes you feel super comfortable the second you walk in. I was a little nervous going in considering it was my first time getting botox but she made me feel right at home and listened to exactly what I wanted--natural, refreshed, but still me. The results speak for themselves. I look well-rested and smooth without looking "frozen." Plus, the vibe at the clinic is so calm and welcoming--it feels more like a wellness visit than botox. Miri is truly the best. I'll definitely be coming back consistently from now on and already recommending to all my friends!!

I've been coming to this place for a while now and have been getting the Plasma laser skincare and Toning Brightening facial. I definitely notice the difference in my skin after my sessions. The aestheticians are detail oriented and get every little pimple and blackhead on your face. Appointments are easy to make via text or phone call.
