La Soho Med Spa's Online Review Report Card

went in for forehead Botox and the nurse recommended correcting my unsymmetrical brows. it ended up looking even worse. Went back two weeks later and she put more units in on the drooping side. it's even droopier now.... going to a beverly Hills surgeon to fix this problem now. Botox is cheap but you know why...

Absolutely a great experience. I was so impressed by the customer service and the affordability, and I do shop around. They offer great deal packages and the results are outstanding. I’m a very happy customer and I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Gina, Linda and staff.

Our family has been coming here for decades. Every time someone compliments my mom (in her late 90’s!) to all my siblings about our skin, we must admit to going to SOHO Med Spa. Certainly, more than anything, because the outcome is outstanding, I’m more than happy to rate their service line, treatments, service, and attention. As for budget conscious consumer like me, they have specials posted. If they’ve expired by the time you saw the advertisement, all you need to do is ask them- they will let you know about when will be the next special package deals! I ALWAYS buy the package deals, as you save a lot. Also the package deal reminds you to go get refreshed/rejuvenated! They also let you use/share your package with your loved ones! I would buy a package, and take my mom, my sister, and my niece!❤️ Finally, the service is very friendly. They remember you (not because we’ve been going there for more than 30 +? Yrs), but my preferences and much more 😮) The owner, Linda has such a bubbly personality, she brightens the whole experience. I have many friends I’ve referred to SOHO over the years. Sometimes I’d run into someone who would point to her face with a broad smile😃. And I’d say, “Que pa sa? I have been going to this Soho med spa for the last 20 years. The owner Linda, is extremely professional, but most of all, she is just a wonderful human being. She always greet her customers with a smile and tries to get to know you as a person not just as her customer. I think that is crucial for running a successful business. She remembers you life story, and ask how you are doing. It touches customer's hearts and minds. All the staffs are just so FANTASTIC!! Especially Gina and Hali are the BEST OF THE BEST!!! Most facial med spa, do not offer many deals or free treatment unless the customer purchase a package deal. Linda always tries to give you the best deal to make customer happy even you don't purchase a package deal. That's why customer keeps going back to her spa and why she has a such a large customer base. That's why Customer call THE PERFECT PACKAGE FOR A MED SPA!!!! Thank you, Linda!!!! this place has literally ruined me. i got a scar laser treatment last year, and the scar they've made on me is still very visible. i initially went in because i had a small scar that i wanted to get rid of, and they suggested laser treatment. after the treatment it already didn't look right but they ensured me that it will get better in a week. week passes and the scar was getting darker and bigger. so i finally called them to let them know and to see if i can come in for them to take a look, but they started yelling and cursing at me in korean. telling me that im an idiot who had the scar in the first place. well yeah, that's why i came in to get my scar removed... and now almost a year has passed and ive been to 3 dermatologist, 1 plastic surgeon and they all told me that this was the wrong procedure. i've been using all sorts of cream since it was done and it's still very much a scar. they don't care at all. they don't care that they have given such an emotional distress to someone. since that day my self esteem has gone completely down and not a day goes by i don't think about my scar. i am in the process of handling this situation on my own. please be careful of this place.

레이저 시술과 실 리프팅을 받았고, 보톡스도 맞았는데 너무 마음에 들어서 이렇게 리뷰를 남김니다. 사람들도 많았는데 모든 선생님들과 스탭들이 굉장히 친절하고, 깔끔하고, 정확하게 업무를 하는 모습이 인상적이었습니다. 시술받기 전까지 기다리는 동안에도 매우 편안한 분위기여서 좋았습니다. 주차 공간도 많아서 너무 편안했습니다.
