Doctor has done good work but results are very temporary ( to me at least ) - wait time is good -hard to see the doctor rather we get transferred to a NP Romulus (??) - RN”s are rude at times , rushes patients out of recovery ( The chubby blond one has a loud voice ) they are very well trained in deep veins or hard stick - Anesthesia done by RN Rene rather than anesthesiologist . I had to ask about the anesthesia type as it is my patient right to be informed prior to procedure - Transporter dropped the oxygen mask in the floor and has the audacity to attempt to placed it on me ???? He replied : “ the part that fell on th ground won’t touch your face “ COVID is lurking ! U drop an instrument , u discard it not place it on a patient ! Today , I felt like a number

In my opinion, my experience with Dr. Vimal Lala was very bad. I do not recommend this doctor. Firstly, Upon arriving to his office last Wednesday during a Global Pandemic, I was stunned to see his office not wearing protective gloves nor masks. One of the employees sneezed too. I was forced to fill out 60 pages of paperwork and sign multiple papers. I WAITED 2.5 HOURS and was finally seen by an assistant named Rome, who continued to ask me about my lower back, but my spine fusion is in my neck -- not lower back. I just recently took my mom to Dr. Lala for issues she as having with her back. Dr. Lala is such a caring doctor and takes his time to make his patients feel comfortable and at ease. Highly highly recommend. And the staff at his West Hills office was the most amazing staff I've seen! Thanks you Dr. Lala and staff for taking such good care of my mother!

The quality of my life has changed dramatically for the better since I was treated by Dr. La La. I was in excruciating pain and barely able to stand or walk due to a hairline fracture in my disc L-5/S-1. Dr. La La's expertise with epideural injections directly into the fracture worked remarkably well and I have not had any pain since the injection. I'm back to doing everything I enjoy! I highly recommend Dr. La La for pain management! His technique is truly amazing. I couldn't be more pleased.

Dr. Lala we need my pain after one treatment. Before him I could not walk without a walker. I had severe back and hip pain which became very unbearable. Dr Lala gave me my life back.
