After watching my son struggle with mental illness and substance abuse for many years, Launch Centers is the first program where I have seen truly meaningful progress and real hope for his future. From the very beginning, the team at Launch Centers went above and beyond for our family. Clint, Director of Admissions, worked tirelessly with our insurance company to secure the financial assistance and treatment approval my son desperately needed. A previous provider was unable to make this happen, but Clint never stopped advocating for him or helping us navigate an incredibly difficult process with compassion and persistence. Jake, his therapist, has been an absolute gift to our family. Over the past several months, he has built an incredible level of trust with my son. Jake’s patience, insight, professionalism, and genuine compassion have helped my son navigate his mental health challenges with greater confidence and stability. The trust and relationship he has built have made a profound difference in my son’s life. We are deeply grateful for the care and dedication he brings to his work every day. Jess, the Executive Director, has also been wonderful to work with. She truly cares about the clients and works hard to ensure each person receives the appropriate level of care, support, and individualized attention. For the first time in many years, I feel hopeful. Launch Centers has provided not only treatment, but also compassion, advocacy, and a level of personal investment that has made a meaningful difference for our family. I cannot thank this team enough for the work they do and the lives they are changing.

I have referred about a dozen families to Launch Centers over the years and every single one has had a great experience. They do an incredible job supporting young adults with everything from bipolar disorder to ADHD and substance abuse. The communication they provide to families is outstanding and the care the provide to their clients is best in class. Many of the clients I have referred there have never been to treatment before and were extremely nervous on what to expect. Launch made them feel special, treated them with dignity and respect and I know first hand that several of them have referred their friends to the Launch Program as well. I can’t say enough great things about this program.

I had my first experience with The Launch today during a phone call with Clint, and I was extremely impressed by his knowledge, compassion, and genuine care. He was patient, attentive, and took the time to really listen and understand my situation. He provided thoughtful, helpful information without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. What stood out most was how sincere and invested he seemed in helping families, and his calm, caring approach made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. And he was incredibly funny!
