I recently planned a girls' day at Los Feliz MedSpa, and it was my first time getting Botox--I didn't know what to expect, but the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind as I coordinated the day for me and four friends. They worked with me to figure out the best package options for our group and made the planning process so easy and stress-free. When we arrived, they welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. Since I was new to Botox, Heidi took the time to thoroughly explain everything, walk me through the process, and recommend the best options for me personally. She did the same for each of my friends, giving us all the attention and care we needed. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for a group of five, and the whole day felt special and fun. We all left feeling great about our results and the overall experience. 10 out of 10! We'll definitely be coming back--and I'd recommend Los Feliz MedSpa to anyone, especially first-timers or those planning a group visit.

The expertise of the staff at Los Feliz Med Spa is truly commendable. Dr. Ware's skill and precision were evidence and I felt comfortable in her ability to deliver excellent results. She provided clear after care instructions to ensure optimal results and minimize any potential side effects. Nurse Jenny was also the sweetest! This is the place you need to be for your Medspa needs

I couldn't recommend the Los Feliz Med Spa more. When walking in, there is a clean and comfortable atmosphere with tea and chocolate that makes you feel right at home. I went there for laser hair removal. Nurse Jenny made me feel extremely comfortable and listened to all my needs. She is extremely talented and knowledgeable and I truly couldn't recommend her more. I have been getting amazing results with each session and have zero complaints. If you want a quality experience and results I HIGHLY recommend going to the Los Feliz Med Spa!

Dr. Ware and the staff at Los Feliz Med Spa are incredible! Each time I come in, I’m greeted with a big smile and it feels like visiting close friends. Dr. Ware goes the extra mile to ensure all of my concerns are met, and provides the highest level of professional care, tailoring a treatment plan just for me. The results have been incredible - people randomly comment on how good my skin looks!
