Lotus In-Home Care's Online Review Report Card

It was my boyfriend and I anniversary so I planned for a relaxing evening with couples massages. We went to the lotus house and from the moment I walked in I wasn't pleased, from the smell in the house, it smelled like cooked food and an old house. I had to ask them to lit an inscent to get rid of the musty smell. Once we started our massages, the massage beds were warm so I loved that. The oils that they used were so oily and greasy and they didn't even properly wipe the oil off with a hot towel by the end so I had to go home and immediately shower because I felt gross. My masseuses was wearing these shoes that squeak on the floor every movement that made it had to fully relax, not sure why she wasn't aware and maybe took her shoes off. I proceeded to tell her not to rub my legs because I just got treatment on them and was in pain, she kept going over them and I had to sit up just to tell her again to stop touching my quads. Overall, I just done suggested this place for a high quality tranquil spot to relax. From the smell, the quality of the massages, and the performance of the massage wasn't the best. So be mindful if you want quality for your special evening with your partner.

Surprised my boyfriend here for his birthday and Lotus Home did not disappoint. They went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. The experience was unhurried, allowing us to truly immerse in the relaxing and peaceful ambiance. We left feeling connected and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for self-care days, girls' days, or a romantic day out. It's simply perfect. 10/10.

Great place to get away and relax even with a two hour pool pass. Great service couldn't complain. Would definitely come back and will be telling family and friends!

Enjoyed our time at Lotus Home. Massages were divine. I even nodded off for part of it. The facials were relaxing too. My skin looks marvelous! The food was tasty and offered a great assortment of sweet and savory options. The staff were hospitable. Pro tip: bring bug spray. We went on a day where the mosquitoes were swarming. It made it difficult to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as we were busy swatting them off of our skin every few seconds. We escaped into the zen house but they were in there too. We left with more than a dozen bites each which dampened the relaxing experience a tad. Didn't love the music by the pool. Would have preferred more relaxing music or to have controlled it ourselves. I would definitely return but with bug spray.

This place is fabulous. We went to celebrate my hubby's birthday and it was truly money well spent. From the top knotch couples massage to the calm, soothing ambiance, and ending with a gourmet lunch in the jacuzzi we loved it!!!! This spa experience was so wonderful that that we can't wait to return. We had 4 hours of sheer relaxation

I can't speak more highly of this place! We came here for a girl's zen day. We were able to set up a grazing table with stuff we brought in and drinks and also book a sound bath. We had the whole back Zen house and pool/jacuzzi to ourselves. This place is SO beautiful and clean and peaceful! Such a hidden gem! Everything was so perfect and the staff members checked in here and there and were helpful when we needed, but definitely gave us space. I cannot wait to host another day here!

Thank you Lydia and everyone at Lotus Home for making our experience so memorable. The whole staff was very accommodating, they put in a lot of effort to make our day feel special. The staff was friendly, the masseuses were skilled. We loved the floating charcuterie tray, it was a really nice touch. Overall the ambiance was relaxing and meditative. You could tell from the little details that they put a lot of love and thought into everything. We will definitely return for another escape to paradise.

This place deserves more reviews! It was such a relaxing experience. We did the 2 hour pool pass and it came with tea, robes, a fruit tray, and such great service. Lydia and Jana were the sweetest! They really try to accommodate you and make your experience great. We felt so relaxed and enjoyed the space.
