M3 Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I went to M3 for a few months after my achilles surgery and had a wonderful experience. I worked with Mari and would recommend her to anyone.

When I hurt my back, I searched for a Physical Therapy facility through my insurance. I have been so pleased with my overall experience at M3 Physical Therapy. Mariko and the team are all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There are many parking options, including underground parking (free with validation), street parking, and the facility is conveniently located. My back is feeling much better, and thanks to all the exercises I have learned, hopefully, I won't hurt myself again. I highly recommend making an appointment if you are searching for a Physical Therapist.

M3 is a 1st rate class operation in all respects, I've been 3 times for several months at a time the last 6 years for various ailments, and they consistently perform at a hi level, the culture and chemistry are well built and well maintained. I've worked mainly with Mari and Yu-Ting. I've been to 5 different facilities in my lifetime, and M3 definitely stands out.

I'm extremely satisfied with this operation. My therapist Leilani is wonderful. I highly recommend them.

This is my 1st physical therapy experience, Chris is physical therapist. I was very apprehensive about the whole process, but I found Chris highly skilled, very patient and caring. He looked at my MRI report found what was needed for me to feel better. I am looking forward to rest of my physical therapy schedule. Thank you Chris.

My wife and I have both had the pleasure of using the services at M3 PT. Everyone there is extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Each of them knows who are (despite the facemasks) and says hello to you by first name as you walk in the door.The therapists are excellent, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We and others we know have had excellent results. My personal results far exceed that of my two prior PT experiences at other facilities. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Chris Hisamune is an excellent physical therapist. His diagnosis was insightful and thorough, and he tailors everything to my specific body so it really feels like I’m getting a customized approach. He is both knowledgeable and perceptive, and he takes care to explain everything thoroughly so that I can understand the root causes of any issues.

As Someone not looking forward to Physical Therapy I was surprised when I first began with M3. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant the place is clean and sanitized.My husband went to Chris with a rotator cuff problem, when discharged he is back to playing tennis 3-4 times a week.I broke my shoulder, signed on with Chris and after intense therapy I am happy to report I have been discharged.He is very tuned in and so articulate in explaining everything as you go along which is something I really appreciate.Both my husband and I can’t say enough about the experience!
