Was in a car crash my neck and back was hurt dr feier didn't even check me correctly no X-rays or anything and he said I was okay to go home ... wtf dude worst hospital i swear all he did was touch my neck

Mothers make the world go around, and to be very disrespectful to my mother is an outrage! Some people that work here hide behind the MLK name just to mess it up w/ how they treat individuals. Seem like this whole pandemic produced idiots likeminded that treat people any kind of way. No regards to how many times a person can press a button for help/service just to ignore it. They claim that they changing shifts and yet no one can be available to assist my mother to the restroom at all. So you mean to tell me, when there is a shift change; nurses, doctors, and all can't do anything to help anyone from anything being in a hospital? WHAT EXACTLY ARE HOSPITALS FOR? seems like to me it's just a place to mess people up just like a auto shop that'll mark your car up to the highest degree for insurance just to slightly fix a problem to cause more problems. Y'all not really for the people how the people think you are. To the entire staff; Do Better with helping individuals more so than playing w/ your phone for a TikTok.

I never write reviews (and you can check my review history) but for this experience, I had to. I kid you not, I was literally ignored for an entire hour. First for 30 minutes when I wanted to ask if I can eat something because I hadn't eaten since 9:30 in the morning and it was 7 pm already. At last, some guy came and asked "what's up, man?" And I told him "I've been trying to wave and call for someone for the past 30 minutes" and he literally says again "what's up, man?" ignoring my statement. Unfortunately I couldn't eat at the time so I said okay and just waited until the water bag emptied so I can finally leave. Once I was done, I had to use the restroom and I simply wanted to notify the nurse I was done and needed to use the restroom. Another 30 minutes went by with me yelling for someone and waving every employee outside my room and I PROMISE you that half the employees made eye contact with me but ignored me. One even specifically pointed at himself and when I nodded yes, he turned around and walked away. I'm literally not lying. I got fed up so I got up and opened the curtain all the way and started waving them down and literally yelling basically at the top of my lungs from my bed for someone to come. Finally two employees were chatting it up right outside my door and though they were "bs'ing" me when trying to jokingly talk to me through the glass as one literally said, he came in and unplugged me to use the restroom and I told him that I was literally ignored by almost everyone and he apologized on his behalf. They finally gave me my paper work and said I can leave. Please DO NOT COME HERE EVER. TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES. Are they not paid enough to be treating patients like that???? Like I said, I am not one to write a review but this experience literally makes me want to freaking sue the damn place. Avoid at all costs.

This is a very clean hospital, Edward was a great PCT! He really helped me and I'd ask for him if I were you! 10/10 recommend this place!

good luck in trying to get an operator to assist you, they don't answer the phones, they tell you to leave a message but never call you back

Is one of the worse hospitals I've been there there are no hell nurses not paying attention Not doing their job patient screaming for hail service is a really bad hospital is it gonna really bad don't waste your time going to the hospital there should Shut the hospital down immediately

Me isieron exámenes k jamás me dieron resultados me dejaron encerrada por más d 6 horas sin agua sin ir al baño en mi cuarto pusieron que yo tenía COVID !! Y no meDejaban salir! Creo k están queriendo aser pasar a las personas como enfermas d COVID nunca llego elDoctor ni enfermeras nunca tuve ningún síntoma d COVID ni me isieron exámenes d COVID no se d donde sacaron eso me sentí insegura k feo servicio el d la enfermera que me atendió malo malo e irresponsable el personal. Shitty ass hospital I went in at 22 weeks pregnant I had short of breath I also had a high heart rate and all they did was have me outside four hours just to put me on a Iv , they didn't check if my baby & I were ok , then what's so called nurses were just laughing and talking to each other like if they were at a party ,I was on a Iv with 4 other patients & I heard the nurse I wish I knew her name tell the other nurses that after the Iv she was gonna send us home I told them to take off my iV that I was going home they wanted me to wait more for my discharge papers and I didn't wait I took off , IM NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT HOSPITAL I would give this Hospital a ZERO

I'm shocked why there r only 3 stars this is the best emergency I have ever went to and unfortunately I went to a lot . It was packed when I walked in I got nervous it might take all night but this guy's are absolutely amazing they work as a team Ardin / Gilbert/ Page/ Matt/ Dr. Washington/ etc etc etc Super friendly /efficient /extremely /helpful / I can't believe it's real thank you guys.. I am suffering worst migraines 4 years I have been going everywhere to receive help and only here I got absolutely everything I have been asking doctors for years have been done here in one day.
