The ED staff did an amazing job to make me feel better. This is now my hospital of choice.

Nurses just sit around and gossip. i sat here for 6 hours and no one attended me just told me to wait for a room

Went to the ER in January 2022 for palpitations. There’s no room for patients, so i was placed in some cubicle, doctor asked me a few questions, did x rays and blood pressure, blood work, then let me go saying i was fine.They recently billed me16 thousand dollars! That’s outrageous! and even if I’m covered, That’s overcharging just for a visit to the ER! Thanks but no thanks!

Inexperienced

lousy place waiting for 3 hours inside the room for a doctor to attend me I asked the nurse and she only replied that they had forgotten that there was someone in that room waiting, their patients can die waiting while the doctors and nurses talk, I had to leave there and go to another hospital, they have horrible negligence, and a lot of professional irresponsibility 😡😡😡😡

I came on a Sunday to urgent care and there was a waiting line to get checked in (staff were in lunch) however the lady in the front did everything to go as fast as possible and get everyone in the system. The waiting time was relatively shorter than what I would’ve waited at Harbor UCLA. I was there for 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Doctor Chen was amazing and charismatic. I loved my experience. Thankful my father recommended me to go here instead of Harbor.

Can’t speak for all the physicians here but the one I had was incompetent, They aren’t proactive at all and they’re focus is saving money when they should be saving lives and protecting the health of their patients. I requested a MRI and Dr. Coko became aggravated, I changed physicians ASAP!

They have lied to me on several ocasions, I have spoke with them with complaints, which did no good. Twice I had to leave them, and seek help elswhere because of their incompetent. For people who think that CEDAR SINAI is affiliated with them, that's a lie, there not. They need to monitor there staff often, and know when the people who work there equipment for testing is coming to work instead of saying they don't know. When trying to make a complaint the Operator will not give up any infor, its not because she doesn't know. So far I have called Dept. of Quality & Risk, and the Medical Board. Lied to once shame on you, Lie two me twice SHAME ON ME. I am very focus today to correct my wrong, so that perhaps no one elses has to go thru Lies, or so- called punishment that happen to me.

My husband was at this hospital in 1998 for viral encephalitis and the Doctor’s and nurses were amazing they saved his life. We were only married 2 years when this happened and we just celebrated our 25th. This would not have been possible without them!
