Nice people
When I come here I am treated very nicely by everyone. However there is someone working here (light skin with blondish light brown hair). She is absolutely rude not only to patients but even the doctors. She has the rudest mouth on her. If she doesn't want her job she should leave.
The care that was rendered in same day surgery, pre-op nurses and PACU nurses was amazing! They demonstrated professionalism , and act of kindness.
February 22, 2022 I had a surgery done at this hospital and I am so happy how everyone treated me during my stay. Every nurse that cared for me was absolutely caring, attentive and going the extra mile. The rooms were so clean and the janitors were so respectful and super kind. Now, my doctor, Dr. Petrikovets is an amazing doctor. He is caring, gentle and takes the time to listen to you. So blessed to have had these people care for me.February 22, 2022 I had a surgery done at this hospital and I am so happy how everyone treated me during my stay. Long wait times, but besides that great nurses, and doctors. Super friendly and caring.

Took a long time more than 5 hours. Did not like the service. The employees only keep chatting with each other and don't put priority on their patients, bad conduct.
I would like to visit my mother here, but as a parent of a child under 18 years old, I can't. The COVID "policy" is no one under the age of 18 is allowed in to visit, even if they are vaccinated.
I came here last Saturday because I was vomiting nonstop from severe menstrual cramps.First of all, I liked how the security was pretty strict for many reasons, probably for gun violence and for covid, but it would've been nicer if they didn't treat patients as if they were all potential threats. Now, here is the main problem. I had to be in the wheelchair because I couldn't even walk and felt like I was about to faint at any minute. The front desk worker, however, sitting behind the windowsill way above my sitting height, had the audacity to demand I 'speak up and not look down when he's asking me for my information.' .... Hello, I'm vomiting? I didn't know I came to a court hearing or something?Even the security guy had brought me a disposable vomit bag, and the patients waiting in line knew I was clearly sick. But this guy who works in the health care industry thinks it's okay to treat the patients the way he did? I don't think so. I understand that patients=$ in hospitals, but with that logic, patients could also choose to turn around and take their business some place else. I would have, only if I had the energy to do so!I understand that health care workers are working hard despite the risk of being exposed to covid and other threats. Heck, I have a family member who is a registered nurse. I think I know how it is like in the health industry.I also understand that they are short on staff, but that also means patients are not getting the quality care they need. But overall, even though it took about 5 to 6 hours for me to get the shots I needed to alleviate my pain, I do want to say that I appreciated other workers who took care of me (PLUS, other patients who were so kind to help me out while waiting).I just want to end this review by saying we have to look after each other. Don't be mean to others.
I was admitted on 5/13/22 and processed within 30 min with extreme back pain. I received pain relief within 30min...which helped tremendously....The staff was very friendly and professional. However, they did not prescibe any medicine that helped relieve my pain....except for 250mg of naproxen....which didnt help alleviate my pain....I returned the next evening 5/14/22....with same symptoms only worse...this time it took almost 4hours to get the right pain medication to stop the excruciating painThe facilities were outdated and dingy however....I received an MRI, and an xray to rule out other causes of my pain....but came to no definitive prognosis.I am concerned that they billed me twice for tobacco use counseling when there was NO counseling provided....$98/twice....so theres that.Overall, id say they helped, but would not choose this hospital if I lived there....(I was visiting from out of town for a convention)I was admitted on 5/13/22 and processed within 30 min with extreme back pain. Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
