1 year after procedural I still haven't received any call for follow up, or to see how's the patient's progress. It's just money. One thing that I want you to be aware of and be very careful, is that they charge you for 2.5k grapht but only extract 1.5k. that happens to me. On procedure day I heard the nurse clearly that she was able to extract 1.5k. but I'd paid for 2.5k. later when I brought that up they were ignoring it. I guess that's the reason I didn't get follow up call.
