This place has an elegant design, friendly staff, and wonderful professionals with wide spectrum of services from treating skin disorders to modern cosmetology. My treating professional Mr. Stephen Baccari is very well mannered , delicate, attentive, knowledgeable, classy, and handsome gentleman. I would give him 5+ if I could. It is such a great joy to be approached and treated by well-rounded individual who deserved my full trust.

I did have difficulty booking an appointment (by phone and the online website system), but once I met with the team for my check up, they are quite a great team! Very friendly and professional. Thank you.

I called and made an appointment to come in and get a treatment done. Showed up on time and they told me they actually won't be able to do the treatment on me as it was too late in the day, even though I had an appointment to do the treatment for that time, but the front desk ladies told me they'll at least be able to give me a consultation about the treatment so i'll be ready to go fir when I come back. I waited half an hour to be seem for the consultation and then once I was moved yo a room a gentleman came in and told me that the two people that do the treatment and consultation for it are not even in office today. So he apologized for the multilayer of inadequacy and mistake within their office (well he didn't put it that way) and sent me home without any offer of free or at the very least discounted service for wasting so much of my time. Won't be coming back.

Awesome experience. Staff was friendly -- Dr. Kleinfelder was quick, but didn't rush. I voiced my concern over a mole and requested he take it out via punch biopsy, and he didn't hesitate! The removal was quick and painless -- only ever felt the numbing needle and nothing else. 10/10 will be returning to this practice!

This has been one of the worst experiences with a doctors office I can remember. From not calling in prescriptions to physically not being able to contact them on the phone this is a useless facility. 0/10
