Dr.Mo , Angie & Kaelyn are the very best! Super supportive and loving. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!
The back office is so busy with the patients they already have. They took a long time to verify My insurance. I had faith in them. August 19th I had an appointment with dr. Haas. For 1 hour. Which was wonderful. With the correct co pay of $25.00.Then last week they upped the annie to $250.00. maybe they Don't realize that seniors don't always make The all mighty dollar like when we were bad asses and young. Of course I slipped through The cracks again. 💯..... Best Leslie Sage 🐩 🐩
My doctor is a superstar. She listens to me and understands my concerns. I never feel rushed during our appointments. She is extremely empathetic.
The staff are so incredibly rude, unhelpful and lazy. I have been here for five years because I can't find another place that my insurance will cover. I see Dr Chinn periodically to manage medication. He is kind and thought-provoking. Unfortunately every single support staff member I have ever dealt with has done me dirty. Here is a prime example. Today I login for my appointment and pay my co-pay only to find out that their system is down and I will not have an appointment. Why then did they accept my money? No one could explain that to me and I did not have my appointment. Over the years, they have been very lazy with taking care of their end of paperwork for insurance. Here is an example... The doctor put me on a new medication that required a pre-authorization. This is something that under normal circumstances should take a day or two to submit. Mindful Health Solutions support staff decided that it was appropriate for them to wait six months. Shame on them. I've had great psychiatrist and one psychologist that I have seen through Mindful Health Solutions. The support staff should probably not be working in this field. They lack compassion. They lack any sense of urgency for anything and they are incredibly rude. Run the other way if you can and do not use their services. As I said, I probably could recommend them if they had some good support stuff but they don't and in five years they've only gotten worse. Same problems over and over again and they never fix anything. Shame on you!
Dr. Filip is the most caring, thorough, warm, wonderful and intelligent psychiatrist I’ve ever known. I look forward to my calls with her every appointment. She not only knows psychiatry but has a wealth of knowledge for just about any medical situation you’re potentially encountering. She coached me through hip replacement surgery, made sure the meds they administered didn’t clash with the meds I’m on for depression. Most do not catch that! I recommend her HIGHLY!
I have been a patient here for a very long time. Back all the way when they were Done. I always felt they were amazing providers that would stand up for their patients but I was horrendous wrong. I went in to put my refill request in yesterday. I was then called an hour later and asked if I was on a specific med, I dont lie. I said yes. I was told due to policy change they can't fill it unless I get off that med. I cannot get off it, its my pain medication. Now, im a logical human being, I understand policy change and im very involved in the medical community. Law community too. When we have a policy change thats going to affect patient, we tell them IMMEDIATELY, in email, with the policy change. If that policy change puts that patient in a bad situation, we give one more refill to get them through. This is the medical standard. Not what they are doing. I tried explaining this. I begged them to do the right thing by me and every other patient affected. They have now refused. They have not send back my money for the month either. So, they want to tell me refill day there's a problem, do nothing to work it out whatsoever and then want to keep my money on top of it! Wild. Talk about ethically and now morally wrong? Unfortunately, im im the middle of writing a book. Its about how severe chronic child abuse causes brain damage and how that brain damage causes a lifelong situation of problems physically and mentally. How most of these patients are then treated like drug addicts. Innocent patients, with Real health problems. See, we have a serious problem in America today. Providers are so afraid of the FDA and DEA that they cower in a corner instead of doing what is right and standing up for their patients. The innocent continue to pay. When the government decided we had an opiod epidemic there was approx 6,500 deaths that year. Many many years later the rate in 2023 was approx 178k. NOW, we have a true epidemic. Who has paid? The innocent. It was never legitimate pain patients that were dying from opiods. It was doctors that made a ton of money writing them to people that didnt medically need them. They make up the prescription opiod deaths. Not true pain patients. Yet we are the only ones that have continued to pay. We see how thats worked. We went from 6,500 to over 175k easy, in 2023. That number has only risen. Yet here we are. Once again, im paying. I unlike many other patients that take it and lay down with no fight will continue fighting for the innocent for the rest of my life. I tried the other way for 10 years. It got me nowhere. Once I stared really barking, now im on multiple government boards and writing a book. I have a section naming every decent establishment that cares about ALL their patients and a list that discriminates against patients. Mindful was on the positive list. They have been moved. Especially, after I tried working with them in a logical and fair way. Now they refuse, took my money and I cant even get into my account. If you are on any pain medication or suboxone which lol they want to pretend is ONLY written for heroin adduction. I cant. I really cant. Suboxone has been pushed down the throats of thousands and thousands of pain patients. Its written off label for pain every day for a long time. Expect to be kicked off and treated like a criminal. They still have not emailed me this updated policy either. Im questioning if it even exists now. I was put to a new provider and this happened immediately. They got paid though. If you are part of the pain community, or you have a loved one part of it. Find a new provider. They are discriminating against us.
Drs. Eldridge and Haas are both wonderful, caring doctors. The nurses and staff are all very professional. The treatment area is comfortable and welcoming. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone needing medication or considering Spravato therapy.
My doctor went on leave and when I needed to make a new appointment with a new provider they told me there were literally 0 other doctors able to take her patients...forever. Getting refills is easy if everything is automated, but if you run into a hiccup you are going to wish you went someone else.
Reliable and excellent service
Walking into Mindful Health Solutions in West Los Angeles, being greated by a smiling caring Antoinette already eases my anxiety. Antoinette's demeanor and smile sets a joyous tone for my Treatment Resistant Depression. I've observed her, as she adapts to each patients energy, always professional, always solicitous, as she adjusts her presentation, as she gets to know you. Antoinette clearly wants to facilitate every patients comfort and care. No doubt that is why she is the Patient Care Technician! I am a Sprovato patient under the exceptional care of Dr. Joshua Eldridge. Dr. Eldridge is without a doubt the most insightful and effective Psychiatrist I've had in my 50 Years of treatment. True, the others didn't have his depression treatment breakthrough medicine, but he does, and he knows how to administer it. Yes, the Sprovato is (for my illness) a miracle medicine, However, I am certain the guidance and focus Dr. Eldridge instills in me before every session is the catalyst for the shocking improvement in my previously untreatable life-long chronic depression. I am effusive for a good reason. Treatment at Mindful Health Solutions works. I've spoken to friends who had completed Sprovato treatments before I had started mine They have been shocked when I tell them just how involved Dr Eldridge is in guiding and focusing my treatments. Apparently there are doctors/clinics out there that just give people the medicine, with little or no actual involvement. They said they wish they had had Dr Eldridge. Although they have all done pretty well, they wish they could achieve have had the insights and escalating improvements which I share. Personally, I would think that treatment without Dr. Eldridge's skill and involvement borders on malpractice. I can't imagine processing Sprovato sessions on my own Just sayin'. I have excellent reason to believe Mindful Health Services seriously cares about the physicians, and staff that work with their patients. But, that's for another review, soon.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
