They are really great! They come out when there supposed to be to and very friendly! They even call to see if I needed supply's I reall enjoy seeing my nurse!

Angelica case manager. Is a great proactive professional. She followed up as promised and gave feedback with positive results and answeared all questions and concerns. That's expected but now a days is rarely practiced. Keep up the excellent work ethics. Miracle home health care is a very nice care facility, Rosemary and Samantha are really nice, they have helped me get the best care I can get I would definitely recommend anyone to their facility, I want to thank you all at Miracle Home Health Care!!

The service is not professional, the therapies do not last more than 15 minutes and the therapists' service should be 45 minutes, customer service is pepper and you have no right to make an appointment, they want to call you 15 minutes before coming or Call you from outside your home and tell you, I'm here regardless of your time and if you are ready to receive them, if you ask them they can come back in 3 or 4 hours, they don't call you again in weeks and in the end they want to blame you for your inability to handle THE SITUATION. I would recommend that this be your last option
