최근 들어 얼굴이 많이 쳐지는 게 느껴져 이제 정말 리프팅 시술이 필요한 나이라고 생각하고 고민하던 차에 미사랑에 텐써마 기계가 들어온다는 소식을 듣게 되었습니다. 듣자마자 지금 제가 딱!!! 원하던 레이저라는 생각에 들어올 날만을 손꼽아 기다렸어요..! (미사랑 인스타에 텐써마 포스팅 올라오자마자 일빠로 좋아요 누른 사람이 저랍니다) 저는 사실 주사도 잘 못 맞을 정도로 겁이 많은지라.. 마취크림은 꼬옥 해달라고 부탁드렸더니 약 1시간 정도 마취한 후에 600샷 모두 시술했습니다. 이전에 받으신 분 후기를 읽은 직후라 2.0-2.5 보다는 3.0 으로 하고 싶다고 시술 시작 전에 말씀드렸어요. 1시간 마취를 했지만 결론부터 말씀드리면 다른 분들이 느끼시는 그대로 저도 느낀 것 같습니다. 볼 부분은 4.0 으로 올려서 해주실 때도 나중에 말씀해주지 않으셨으면 전혀 몰랐을만큼 고통도 없고 큰 차이도 못 느꼈어요. 반면 턱부분은 3.0 으로 시작했다가 너무 아파하니 2.5로 줄이셨는데 아~주 미세하게 덜 아픈건가..? 싶을 정도로 음.. 줄여도.. 그저 아팠습니다.. 큰 바늘로 턱을 푸욱 찌르는 느낌이었어요. 예전에 많이 아픈 모공 레이저도 몇번 해본 경험이 있어 레이저가 뭐 아파도 비슷하겠지 라는 생각이 조금 있었는데 예.. 텐써마는 확실히 아픈 레이저가 맞는 것 같아요. 다 끝나고 나니 저는 등 뿐만 아니라 바지까지 다 땀이었답미다. 시술 후 저녁과 그 다음날 아침에 보니 리프팅 레이저를 처음 해서인지, 레이저를 자주 하지 않는 제 피부에 갑자기 4.0 까지 간 건 너무 무리였던 건지 왼쪽 입 주변과 오른쪽 볼에 살짝 거칠고 붉은 부분이 중간중간 올라와있고 세수할 때 그 부분이 따가웠어요. 그리고 많이 건조해서 턱은 각질이 좀 올라왔습니다. 아쉽게도 저는 시술 바로 직전, 직후에 찍은 사진에서 당장은 드라마틱한 차이가 없었지만 분명 지금도 제 얼굴 속 콜라겐은 열일하고 있을 줄 믿습니다..!! 저는 앞으로의 변화를 더 기대중이에요 리프팅레이저 하고 싶어서 한국 갈 날만을 손꼽아 기다리고 있었는데 미사랑에 텐써마가 들어와 너무 좋아요!! 원장님 다시 한번 감사드려요 과장님 감사해요 너무 고생하셨습미다!! 아, 시술 시 침대 전기장판?은 꼭 꺼주셔야 할 것 같아요. 시술 직전 과장님께서 물어보고 꺼주신 건.. 정말 신의 한수였습니다. 저는 이불도 전혀 필요치 않았습니다

To sum it up: • Horrible customer service • Rude and unprofessional staff • Deceptive consultation • Shared treatment space with no privacy • Unauthorized photos taken • No proper aftercare or follow-up • Extremely overpriced • Terrible results — visible, permanent scarring Do not be fooled by the positive Yelp reviews — Please save your money, your skin, and your peace of mind. Customer service? Absolutely terrible. They don’t answer phone calls, and every single communication is done through text — even while you’re physically in the clinic. During my treatment, they sent me two texts: one with a picture of Mederma cream and another with a 1–10 list of aftercare instructions. That was it. No verbal guidance, no explanation, no follow-up. The two receptionists are rude and unwelcoming. Sitting there gossiping about their coworkers. They didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and showed zero professionalism. I came in wanting to remove 6 moles — I’ve had laser mole removal done twice before with no scarring. But this clinic claimed to see “tiny sunspots” under a microscope and focused on removing those instead. The result? Visible, dark, raised scars and even a popped vein. My skin looks damaged and discolored, far worse than before. I deeply regret trusting them. The cost starts at $490, and they make you pay upfront — before even starting the procedure. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have walked out the moment I realized I had to share a tiny room with two other men for the treatment, separated only by thin curtains. No privacy, no professionalism. The consultation with the owner Sarang lasted 30–40 minutes and was mainly a sales pitch for other services. She didn’t spend even one minute thoroughly explaining the mole removal process I came in for. The only thing she said, was you think you don’t have a lot of spots but we use microscopes and get rid of everything, why would you get rid of things you can’t even see? The actual procedure took less than 10 minutes. To make matters worse, they took pictures of me without my consent while I was lying down with numbing cream on my face. I had to let her know that I don’t give my consent for them to use my photos. The receptionist texted two photos to me while I was there waiting for my procedure with generic aftercare instructions — again, with no explanation or personal attention. They’ll tell you that “touch-ups are included,” but if the job were done right the first time, you wouldn’t need one. And good luck trying to book an appointment — they’re unresponsive and unhelpful. Besides, why would I return to a place that ruined my face? It’s been 3–4 weeks, and my skin looks 100% worse than before. I’ve been getting professional facials every other week for years, and even my trusted skincare specialist was shocked by the damage. I went to Misarang Beauty to get a couple moles removed on my face and I was very satisfied with my experience! The staff was very friendly and the clinic was very clean and pleasant. The package also includes a free touch up after the first removal, which I was very thankful for because the moles did not get fully removed after the first time. I would definitely recommend Misarang Beauty to anyone looking for a skin clinic in Koreatown.

I got a facial here with Silvia. She js amazing! She took the time to customize the facial to my skin and pointed out the main areas for improvement. She is so gentle and informative; the prices are a bit higher here but I felt the service was definitely above average!

I had such a great experience at Misarang Beauty Clinic! From the very first consultation, everything was so thorough. They used a fancy analyzing machine to precisely analyze my skin condition during my first visit. Their promotional prices are amazing too. I received laser treatments to remove sunspots and dark spots on my cheeks, along with toning laser sessions. The dark spots I used to cover up with makeup are now gone, and I love how much clearer and smoother my skin looks. Every time I go, I'm genuinely excited because I see real improvements in my skin tone and texture. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they occasionally have great package deals--so definitely ask during your consultation. Highly recommend!

Came here for mole removal and they did an amazing job! Staff are all super caring and after care service is really helpful too! Highly recommend :) will be back for other services!

Worst place in LA to go to. The Nurse is amazing!! But the staff members seem a little rude and bothered of my presence. Not sure if it’s the color of my skin that makes them act like that or they are like that with everyone. Stuck up girls and when I tried to make my appointment the way the reply to me is straight up rude. Not to mention they quote you one price then try to charge you more when you come back. If it wasn’t for me speaking up they would have tried to charge me extra after I was told I would not be charged an extra fee.

The best!!! They take great care of you and your skin! Healed my acne faster than any other esthetician. Love them!! If you’re thinking about it, just go!
