Excellent doctor with great personality.

Dr Misra first performed a hernia surgery on me back in July. I was very impressed by her bedside manner and genuine care she shows for her patient. After my surgery, I consulted her about the gastric sleeve surgery, since I have battled weight issues for years. She encouraged me to seek it out, research the information and get back to her. I did my homework and returned to her and the Beverly Oaks Surgery Center for my procedure. Dr Misra is the best. I'm very happy with my recent surgery.

Very knowledgeable doctor and has an excellent bedside manner. Always helpful and caring. Very sad to hear she will be leaving as she is a young and upcoming female doctor. Will miss her very much.

Dr. Misra performed surgery on me in July 2008. Her hands are blessed and she gave me a second chance in life, one that I have benefited ever since. I no longer take insulin, I actually can accomplish things that I have not been able to do in quite some time. In the hospital I had a bump in my recovery and she he held my hand and reassured me that things were going to be okay and she was true to her word. She is soft, compassionate, professional, and truly an asset in the medical field.

I really liked Dr. Misra.She is friendly and has a nice smile.But I had a hernia surgery that did not take and went back to her because of the pain I was having.She didn't even look at me she said that it could not be the hernia. I was in a great deal of pain so I went to my family doctor, who scheduled a CAT scan and discovered that my bladder was sticking through the opening of my hernia, hence the pain. I was reluctant to go back to her. She did the repair surgery and it took alot longer than expected and when she was done she finally said she was sorry. I guess she didn't realise how bad it was. Overall she should not dismiss peoples concern and investigate as soon as possible.

Excellent Doctor. Extremely reassuring and spent all of the time I need with me. She knew what the problem was and corrected with with Surgery. I am grateful.

Dr. Misra perfromed my sugery almost 3 years ago. She was fantastic. Never once was she rushed with me. She did an excellant job. She is by far one of the nicest surgeons i have ever met. She doesn't have the usual God complex most surgeons have. I have since returned to her office on a couple of occasions and she has always treated me with respect. She lets you end the appointment, she does hurry away.

Dr. Misra is one of the friendliest surgeons I have ever met. She is very good at what she does and is adorable on top of that. Any issue with being hurried may have to do with the hurried life of a surgeon...there is never enough time for anyone. I wasn't rushed by her at any point. Can't say enough about her or St.Joseph's for that matter..very positive experiences.
