Look no further. I have tried several different therapists over the course of my life - usually lasting 3-4 sessions each and have never felt like we were able to find anything tangible to move forward with. I like having goals - I want action items I can execute difficult moments... I am approaching my 8th session with Samantha and am incredibly grateful for all of the work we have done together. Grounded - Real - No Fluff - Together we organically find a device, whether a grounding exercise, a specific book or communicative approach having to do with the underlying cause of whatever the 'crisis of the week' might be. I very much value my time... I'm always busy... unable to shut my brain off... and deal w a lot of Anxiety -- I think I had negative experiences with therapy in the past because it always felt like a bit of a waste... somewhat pointless... I had better stuff to do!!!! MLT is anything but that.
