I spent nearly 5 months in this program and was initially impressed, but the reality is disappointing. Groups are chaotic: many patients sleep on couches, scroll phones (getting credit anyway), while staff does little to enforce participation. In virtual groups via zoom close to half of the participants don’t keep their camera on and still receive credit. My real issue came when the program director, Carolina, abruptly discharged me after my insurance briefly lapsed (which I immediately fixed and confirmed). The stated reason? Missing 3 consecutive days of groups while on a pre-approved vacation — despite a prior understanding that 72 hours without groups was allowed if you attended before/after. No one contacted me during those days to warn that discharge was imminent. The timing and lack of communication strongly suggest they wanted to replace me (after I stepped down to a lower level of care) with a higher-billing patient. This facility seems far more focused on maximizing insurance revenue than actually supporting patient recovery.

So sad to have to move on one day, but I know I'll be okay because of everything Nuview has given me! I'm better today based on the work that was poured into me here! I love every part of this place! Genuinely, the best parts of my week. From staff, to facility, to patients, just all around pure and healing energy. Thank you Nuview Fam! Forever grateful, Ty 💋♥️💪🏾

I was here from August 2024- may 2025, it was exactly what I needed. I came for drug addiction, not only did I get help with my drug addiction but also mental health. I've been sober over 13 months now. I wish I could say I stayed sober only because of me, but nuview played a big role in keeping me sober. Carolina and Daniel were essential to my success in my sobriety.Antonio helped me with everything I needed for my caseload and more.
