His office is horribly ran, typical wait times at his office are 2.5-3.5 hours. The staff is very inefficient and rude. We were told a change for an authorization could not be obtained the week of the surgery and would take up to two weeks and would delay my mother surgery possible over a week. Given the fact it had already been delayed due to various other delays from this office. The reason we were told there would be a delay is because the staff could not get a hold of a rep from the insurance on the line however we obtained a rep within 15 mins and the primary doctor had the authorization changed within that same business day. I’m sure he is a very good doctor but we wouldn’t know since most of his appointment are brief (10-12 mins) once you see.

Had a great experience visiting Dr. Wang! He's very personable and caring. It was actually my first time visiting a doctor who wasn't rushing to get rid of me to see the next patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. In addition, the office is so nice and clean! And the staff is friendly and helpful.
