A terrible experience! Doctor didn’t resolve my issue and was dismissive. I was charged $150 as a hold. They filed the insurance incorrectly and when I called back to follow up they refused to refund my money till the insurance gives them the money. I had insurance call them 3 times and each time they filed it incorrectly. Still waiting for a refund 6 months later. I will never go back there again.
I’m guessing that some folks prefer doctors who expend more energy on dazzling with fancy offices, telling you what you want to hear and selling you services (or products) you don’t want or need. NOT DR. OWENS. Having been to various ENTs and having two surgeries (in the distant past) and contemplating a third, I decided to get a second opinion. Sure glad I did. It was very clear that another local ENT went so far as to get authorization from my insurance for a condition I apparently do not have. Dr. Owens gave me no-nonsense advice and basically apologized for not having more to offer. Smart, honest, direct. We need more doctors like Owens.
Horrible experience. They did not provide any information on expected payment structure and ask you to pay them a deposit up front while they spend two months to resolve payment with insurance. This unfortunately means you have no idea what to expect in terms of how much you will owe. Then the doctor spent about 5 minutes with me to do a laryngoscopy which ended up costing on top of the office visit of $300 another $300. If I had known these would be two separate charges I would not have asked for this doctor. There is no reason these should be two charges and no reason a 5 minute office visit should cost $600. Be more transparent with your patients about payment costs.
La recomiendo para oidos y garganta
Gran Doctora una mujer muy amable y son riente da gusto dejarle las 5 estrellas
The worst Dr ever. Rude, mean, liar and bad doctor and uncompassionate. Worst staff ever, the same as their boss.
Went in for deviated septum assessment. On the first visit, and with a quick visual examination, the doctor was ready to schedule me for surgery (w/o ordering x-rays, or CT scan). Her office made me pay for my visit up front, claiming my insurance company (Health Net) took too long to pay, and they would reimburse me once they got paid. I found out from Health Net that this "patient pays up front" practice was not allowed under their network contract with the doctor. It took me 4 months to get my money back. Her staff was very uncooperative with Health Net. In the meantime, I went to another doctor who ordered a CT scan, and thoroughly examined me before making any surgery assessments.
She has been a great doctor, and treats me very well. I recommend her services to everyone.
This short, stump of a so called doctor has the worse Bad breath!!!!No bedside manner.Had to get a second opinion.
I don't usually go to see a doctor unless there is something really out of the ordinary. I went in because I had very sore throat at the base of throat near my collar bone and did not have any signs of infection: fever, swollen lymph notes. It was very painful and difficult for me to swallow and there was also a very visible lump. I was concerned because there was no sign of sickness and thought that perhaps it could be a thyroid issue. When I saw the doctor, she was very curt and dismissive of any concerns that I had. When I told her about the visible lump when I leaned my head back she told me that's not how a throat check is done. She said a neck check is only done when your head is in normal position so she didn't even take a look at it. After a 2 minute exam, she rushed me out to make an appointment for an ultrasound. That was the worst initial meeting with a doctor that I have ever had!!And I have NEVER had to sign a form with any doctor where I give up my constitutional right for litigation and agree to go into arbitration in case of malpractice. Makes me think that there have been enough cases of malpractice where this form is needed. RED FLAG!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
