Dr. Evans is really nice and patient to explain all to us, we do feel great in Pacific Fertility Center of Los Angelas. I also do recommend case manager Amanda Thompson, she is so lovely and carefully follow all our case processing.

Dr. Rodi and Sara Yamaguchi (our medical assistant) were absolute God-sends to us this entire process. We have been through the ringer with this, as many folks going through IVF do. They have been so supportive and knowledgeable every step of the way, and somehow made me feel like I was their only patient. They responded to my concerns IMMEDIATELY, even when some of them were probably more anxiety-fueled than medically- fueled. More than that, they were both so warm, but straight forward and calm, which is exactly what you would want during a process like this. We are so overjoyed to be pregnant with our little girl- something they made possible for us. Thank you for everything PCF!!!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone - top notch service, medicine, and care Ooh! And special shout out to Dr. Nefertiti, the acupuncturist, who is incredibly warm and positive-- that type of energy is not to be taken for granted in a process like this and I truly believe it helped us in our pregnancy journey- along with her acupuncture expertise.

Dr. Catherine DeUgarte and her nursing staff- Jacqueline and Carla are amazing. They make you feel like family. I honestly couldn't have done this without their guidance and support. Dr. DeUgarte was always available to answer any questions and always made me feel comfortable. I truly appreciate her and the girls for their help in having a successful embryo transfer. I am now 3 months and 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. D!

This is a top rated clinic with a nursing staff that are engaged and care beyond. Dr. Sahakian and others work as an integrated team and deal in nothing but direct and absolute IVF excellence. We had many ups and downs in the process itself, which is the old adage, nothing in life is a guaranteed except there are no guarantees. Meaning, this is a very complex but scientific process and through the successes and failures. Dr. Sahakian and team never stopped their diligence and optimism and looking after the next steps. Many reviews are based on the success of something which cannot have a guarantee. However, when you choose this facility and their team, you are making the right choice, because they will NEVER compromise or lose hope. Wishing everyone the luck and success they are seeking, but this pro-team has got your back.

About six months after my first cycle, I returned to PFCLA for my second round of ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval. Traveling to Los Angeles was challenging, but my previous experience gave me complete trust and confidence. Physician – Dr. DeUgarte Dr. DeUgarte is not only an exceptional physician with remarkable clinical skill, but also a compassionate and empathetic presence—someone who feels more like a trusted guide than just a doctor. She listens attentively, answers every question with patience, and builds genuine connections with her patients. Thanks to her expertise, my egg retrieval procedure went smoothly, with minimal discomfort afterward. She also follows up personally, providing timely updates and thoughtful support throughout the entire process. For Dr. DeUgarte, results are important—but so is how you feel along the way. Knowing that I love dogs, she would often bring her service dog, Emma, to keep me company during ultrasounds. Emma’s gentle presence immediately eased my nerves, and that simple, thoughtful gesture calmed my anxiety more than words ever could. Dr. DeUgarte’s combination of medical expertise and genuine care made an experience that could have been overwhelming feel safe, supported, and deeply humane. Acupuncturist – Dr. Nefertiti Dr. Nefertiti’s guidance was invaluable to my fertility journey. Her supplements supported optimal egg quality, and I believe the four pre-retrieval acupuncture sessions enhanced my body’s response to stimulation medications, playing a significant role in the excellent results. Dr. Nefertiti’s expertise and attentiveness gave me confidence and aided quick recovery. I’m especially grateful she adjusted her schedule to accommodate my sessions prior to retrieval. Anesthesiologists – Dr. Chang & Dr. Murad Dr. Murad was my anesthesiologist during my previous egg retrieval. She carefully reviewed my anesthesia history and gave thoughtful, honest guidance that truly put me at ease. Dr. Chang was my anesthesiologist for this retrieval. She thoroughly reviewed my prior records, closely monitored my blood pressure and oxygen levels, and with her professionalism and expert technique, I felt completely safe. Both Dr. Murad and Dr. Chang demonstrated exceptional skill, attention to detail, and precise dosing, giving me full confidence and ensuring a smooth procedure with no post-anesthesia discomfort. Front Desk – Kayla & Joanna Kayla always remembered my name and helped me check in, while Joanna patiently answered questions and returned calls. Their attentiveness made every visit smooth and stress-free. Clinical Coordinators – Sara & Maria Sara always anticipated my needs, promptly responding to emails and providing peace of mind by sharing personal contacts. Maria seamlessly stepped in on trigger day, ensuring instructions and schedules were clear. Their professionalism and attentiveness set a high standard. Medical Assistant – Carla Carla is gentle, kind, and attentive. Before every ultrasound, she carefully prepared everything, making me feel safe and cared for. Operating Room Nurses – Scarlet, Stephanie, Salbi & Rachel Scarlet provided detailed and clear pre-operative instructions ahead of time. Rachel followed up after the procedure through both calls and messages to check on my recovery. Stephanie and Salbi explained each step, monitored me closely, and ensured my comfort throughout. The entire OR nursing team—through their professionalism, patience, and warmth—made me feel truly cared for and supported during the surgery. IVF Lab – Wini, Vitoria, Lucy, Laura & Diego Behind-the-scenes dedication with timely updates and careful handling of lab results and shipments kept me informed and reassured. Financial Coordinator – Beatriz Patiently addressed all payment-related questions with care and clarity. PFCLA is more than a fertility center—it’s a place where you feel seen, supported, and deeply cared for. I am deeply grateful to every member of this team for making an emotionally difficult journey feel safe, comforting, and personal.

By far the worst clinic I delt with. Being expensive does not mean being good. It started off bad when, after I paid them $30,000+, they simply forgot about me for a month. They have great marketing and will make you feel special until they have you. Any time I met with the doctor I felt he was overworked and was reading my chart to remember me while we were meeting. He gave me bad, incorrect information that sent me on an expensive and unnecessary goose chase. Bad surrogate screening too (my candidate was not good but it took a long time to establish something simple leading to a lot of stress and money lost) .The material used was the highest quality but still they got no high quality embryos which never led to a pregnancy. One aspect of the fertility process that is rarely discussed is the embryology labs. My feeling is they the absolute worst lab. Eventually I packed up and moved to a different clinic and got amazing results. Another couple I know had to go through multiple rounds with them (again I think their lab is bad). I also felt like I had to figure it all out on my own. The coordinator was very responsive but I felt I rarely knew the questions to ask and they only offered answers to what I asked. Overall I wasted over $100,000 and got nothing except stress and heartache. I requested a partial refund for the services I did not conclude but of course I didn't get one (didn't expect it) but it would at least have been a conciliatory gesture. There are plenty of clinics out there - avoid this one.

In This clinic I found all staff member were very nice and helpful , and I had a very nice experience with Doctor Semara Thomas,She is very kind and explains me each step of ivf process very nicely and responds to my each questions.
